Flight Centre Australia - Flight Centre Miami Plaza Avis 

The staff were patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Prices are reasonable and recommendations really made the trip a wonderful experience. (Except for Jetstar which was a below par experience which had nothing to do with flight Centre)
I’ll use them Flight Centre again (in fact I already have the next trip planned because it was just so easy with them.) I used the store in Miami Plaza and Mozhan, our consultant, was excellent and always ready to help.

Zee at Flight Centre did a marvellous job at booking, organising, communicating and following up on various aspects of our trip to the Cocos Islands. Everything ran very smooth and we now have fantastic memories of our trip to this part of the world. Thank you so much!

What made our experience great was Ash Smith and Flight Centre. All flights and trains as well as our hotels were booked perfectly. The only hiccup was China Eastern Airlines which Ash was onto instantly ( on her days off) and sorted out. We have already booked our next trip, with Ash of course.

Booked a flight for elderly mother, requesting wheelchair service. Told to pay and would sort out wheelchair later. There was no availability for wheelchair on that flight, was called to book another flight which cost more money and pay again. Still waiting for a refund 7 days later on the first flight. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

Great friendly staff made booking a holiday so easy everything was so well organised quickly down to the smallest detail and would recommend completely

Mozhan Ghan at Flight Centre at Miami plaza WA has a great customer service attitude, nothing is an effort for her she is a true professional it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her 👍😁

A lovely girl in training Mozhan at Miami Plaza very pleasant, helpful and understanding also help by her superior Zee. Holiday booked easily, only couple of queries and were sorted immediately, would definitely recommend 👍
