WITH THE EVER CHANGING FLIGHTS, DATES, ACCOMODATIONS & NAME CHANGES. The Team Leader who assisted me with a multi stop request was very helpful. I was offered three alternatives' The best fit option was suggested and I booked it. When reserving seats the ones I selected it was pointed out were near to seats usually occupied by babies. A good outcome assisted by a very friendly and knowledgeable person.

Our travel agent Laura Gerrard from Flight Centre Rockingham is absolutely brilliant. We went through Laura for our big trip to the UK a couple of years ago and Laura was great then. We rebooked for a similar trip for this year, however because of personal issues we had to cancel. Laura went above and beyond to help with cancellation and refunds. Laura is absolutely fantastic.

Recently booked a trip for 4 people to Vietnam with stopover through flight centre and the experience was brilliant. From start to finish we had no problems and the customer service was wonderful. I am never using flight centre Rockingham again. I am at the airport now and found out that the only reason my sister was booked separately from her children and me was to get extra commissions. And we were lied to about seats. Emma is not helping she is not explaining things correctly and deliberately trying to get the most money for herself
