We have had great help from Chantelle Buttigieg-Clarke who has been organising all the trips that. we booked through Flight Centre. She is always patient, efficient and proficient in responding to all our querries and special requests. That is why we have and always asked for her help when we plan our holidays and trips.

Having been left without a return flight to Ireland I visited Flight Centre in Williamstown to discuss Thea various options open to me. Chantelle could not have been more thorough and professional in dealing with me. No rush, no hard sell - she at all times had my travel needs first and foremost in mind. Eventually she booked my journey home - even securing window seats on all flights for me. Such professional yet courteous and friendly service is all too scarce in the travel industry. Chantelle stands apart - an excellent ambassador of Flight Centre. Thank you.

I wanted to thank and praise Jenelle Findlay from Williamstown, Melbourne Flight Centre for all her help and patience in arranging support for my mother in law on her flight from Melbourne to Townsville. Jenelle’s help really made a difference to my mother-in law’s journey and ensured she was well looked after. It gave us all peace of mind and we can’t thank Jenelle enough for arranging this for us. Jenelle was so friendly and welcoming. A true asset to Flight Centre.
