Flight Centre Independent Avis

A huge thank to Carmen. You did an excellent job planning our first trip overseas. Thank you for putting together such a wonderful package for the three of us and for making sure it was suitable for our 16-year-old son.
Everything was perfectly arranged — from the airport transfers to the resorts, excursions and back to airport.
The transfers were excellent and the drive to the various locations were very comfortable. We got to see so much of Thailand and experienced a different culture.
You made our trip to Thailand so pleasant and truly memorable. We highly recommend you!

As a company we use Flight centre for all our fligt and travel needs. Lizeth Du Preez is definitely the most efficient trustworthy and reliable travel agent by far. Her dedication professionalism and friendliness is a testimony to her work ethic. Thank you Lizeth for your outstanding support.

A few minutes after asking for a quote I got three quotations . She was fast. Even when Melinda was away on health issues, she referred me her colleague who was as efficient as her and within a short period of time we completed the transaction. Thank you for an excellent service

Carmen has been an invaluable resource in planning my holidays for several years.
From the very beginning, Carmen has approached my travel plans with remarkable professionalism. I simply share my desires and preferences, and she organizes every aspect of my trips seamlessly. The hotels, airport transfers, and excursions have always been executed perfectly, allowing me to enjoy my travels without any stress.
Carmen's patience and genuine warmth stand out, especially when I bombard her with endless queries. She truly understands my specific travel requirements and consistently provides me with several excellent options to choose from, highlighting lovely hotels in each destination.
I also appreciate her meticulous planning regarding my flights and boarding passes. She ensures that everything is arranged well in time, allowing me enough time at the airport to avoid rushing, yet not wasting precious hours. What I find most impressive is her commitment to customer service. Carmen sends advanced reminders and ensures that all transport arrangements are on schedule as my travel date approaches. Knowing that I can reach out to her for assistance with hotel bookings or transfers during my travels, even after hours, is incredibly reassuring.
Her dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail make the entire travel planning process effortless and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Carmen for anyone looking to enhance their travel experiences.

Bernadette Terblanche at flight centre provided the most efficient service for our family and individual travel. From booking the flights and transfers, to providing suggestions for activities and ensuring we were checked in early online, she made traveling smooth, organized and held our hand throughout. I highly recommend Bernadette’s wonderful service.

My trip arrangements with Mariaan Van De Venter (ZA) was excellent. She is always well in time with my boarding passes and the flights was arranged in such a manner that I had enough time on the airports not to rush and though not many hours waisted.
Thank you so much for your prompt and friendly assistance.

Wishing you all the best.

Warm Regards,
Ms A Maree

I know how rare it is to find truly exceptional customer service. Roelien is that rare find.

Throughout our entire booking process, she was absolutely superb.

She handled our endless queries with remarkable patience, genuine warmth, and an intuitive understanding of our specific travel needs and never forcing us to amke a decision.

While other Flight Centre agents tried to nickel-and-dime us with hidden fees for simple quotes—nearly driving us to book elsewhere—Roelien’s transparent, willing approach completely saved our holiday.

Her impeccable professionalism and dedication turned a potentially stressful experience into an absolute pleasure.

If you want a seamless, stress-free booking experience, I cannot recommend Roelien highly enough. She is a master of her craft.

The professional, kind and trustworthy service that I experienced from Lizeth du Preez from your Pretoria branch was truly remarkable. She has been my flight attendant for many years through which her help was always excellent. This year I confronted her with a last minute urgent request for a domestic trip during a weekend. She came through with exactly what I needed in terms of flights, seats and the necessary assistance as a last minute request. I failed to complete my business and had to change the return flight. Lizeth helped me on a Saturday afternoon and even the Sunday morning to finalize a change of flight. Her professionalism, efficiency and the kindness she showed to assist me completely out of office hours has been overwhelming. Thank you Lizeth for being a star!

I had a really seamless and amazing experience working with Carmen Coetzee. She was incredibly helpful and made the entire trip preparation process smooth and stress free. She made sure I was prepped and went out of her way to get any info I needed. I already recommended Carmen to 2 people looking to travel and I'll definitely use her again in the future.

Melinda's turnaround in responding to emails and queries was fantastic. There was absolutely no worry or concern for us regarding his trip, she handled it all. A massive THANK YOU!

Amazing service

Hats off to Carmen Coetzee for arranging a great holiday for us to Zanzibar. I told her what we wanted and she organized our trip with such professionalism. The hotels, airport transfers and pre- arranged excursions were all seemlessly executed.
Carmen's passion for her work is clearly visible because the end result was up to my expectation. I would certainly ask her to arrange future travels and recommend her to others.

Roelien Botha was so helpful in planning our cruise trip. I was even able to contact her while on the tour with questions, and she also checked-in to make sure everything was going well. She assisted us with all our enquiries and ensured a smooth, fun filled holiday for me and my mom. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is planning an overseas trip.
