Was looking for a second hand gearbox for a Volvo v40, and found one here. They recommended a gearbox but from a newer car, slightly more expensive but competively priced. Sent within 7 working days and was installed in the car without any problems. Recommended customer care service with Robert. Well recommended.

They showed a new part as 'In stock' and I nearly purchased it but after entering my credit card details I thought let me contact them to double check the part they show as ‘Last item in stock’ is actually the correct one, because the price was very competitive. After a few hours I got a reply to my query saying the item is actually Out of Stock. Too good to be true, right? Really glad I didn’t press ‘Buy Now’. However, and here is the trick, they suddenly ‘found’ a similar but Used part elsewhere, but the price was more than double what the ‘new part’ on their website was!!! In fact, I just checked and they are asking for the used part more than the OEM brand new part from factory costs. Nice try.
