Fliqgear Avis 22

Ik heb voor €119,90 een statief en een selfie monitor besteld bij Fliqgear. Bij ontvangst merkte ik al snel dat de selfie monitor niet goed werkte. Telkens wanneer ik een opname wilde maken, liep het beeld vast. Hierdoor kon ik niet zien wat ik aan het filmen was.

Daarnaast is de kwaliteit van de selfie monitor erg matig. Niet alleen het beeld, maar ook de monitor zelf en het gebruikte materiaal voelen goedkoop en van lage kwaliteit.

Na contact met de klantenservice kreeg ik te horen dat ik het product op eigen kosten moest retourneren, ondanks dat het defect was. De verzendkosten hiervoor bedroegen €8,75, wat ik zelf moest betalen. Dat vond ik al teleurstellend.

Op 24 februari heb ik het pakket teruggestuurd via een pakketdienst. Volgens de track & trace is het pakket op 27 februari bij Fliqgear aangekomen. Inmiddels zijn we meer dan een maand verder en heb ik nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen.

Daarnaast krijg ik geen enkele reactie meer op mijn e-mails waarin ik vraag naar de status van mijn terugbetaling.

Ik vind dit een zeer slechte service en zou hier niet opnieuw bestellen.

Heb eind januari een bestelling geplaatst. Nooit binnengekregen, ze blijven stug volhouden dat het onderweg is.

I paid $89.95 for the selfie monitor pro and it didn’t even arrive in a FliqGear branded box. Because of this I was able to search for the ORIGINAL product/model name on google. Which is “RK-X40F”. I then found the EXACT monitor for £24.80 on a UK site and £27.00 on AliExpress.

The selfie monitor is ok… Nothing special. I specifically wanted a monitor that didn’t lag when recording videos but it still lags when I filmed in 4K at 30fps.

I genuinely thought I was paying for a higher quality product so I feel kinda misled by their marketing and website.

I'm having a hard time getting the mirroring to work, the buttons work but the screen doesn't change from te QR code to the phone. Maybe an app could be designed for it? Love all the rest of the gear that i got though!

3 months later and I never heard back from customer service regarding my dysfunctional Fliq camera. It wasn't showing playback in portrait mode. Now, the Fliq camera doesn't even connect via screen mirroring on my phone. Neither of the 3 channels works. I've updated my Apple software and rebooted and the Airplay works on all other devices except Fliq camera. DO NOT BUY! NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! SCAM!

The item didn't work, multiple back and forth emails with the company who determined it was because I needed to pay for a 'newer version' - not as initially advertised. Nice people but ended up having to spend £14 to send it back to the Netherlands, they did not cover the cost even though it was their faulty item. Only reason for 2 stars is fast communication. Poor outcome.

I order a few items, but the selfie monitor was not in the bag. I contacted them but they said it was packed. They also send pictures but from the pictures I was not able to see anything on them. However, I would not recommend this company as you might not get what you have paid for. Save you money and spend it elsewhere.

Delivered on time, easy setup and very easy to use with the remote. Perfect for family pictures during the holidays and creating content videos by yourself, using the best camera on your phone (rear camera)

Leider habe ich den bis heute nicht erhalten.

After 11 days still Notting received from order 13/11/2025.

Problem is, I wish to change for the Pro, so I use this one as little as possible

I love hoe easy to set up and use immediately for shooting..

I love the idea, until i got it... below average quality to be optimistic.
I bought it for cheaper on SYNCO and they support 4k quality. This is what I recommend. On Amazon too.

This tool does exactly what it says. I’ve been looking for a way to record from my rear camera while being able to see how it looks and now I found it ☺️

Also könnte ich null Sterne geben, dann würde ich diese eher nehmen! Absoluter scam & totales Schrott Produkt. Einfach nur drop shipping. Auf der Seite steht das Produkt wäre aus Aluminium, dabei ist es einfach nur pures Plastik. Mit meinem iPhone 15 Pro MAX kann ich nichtmal in 4K aufnehmen, da der Bildschirm sonst komplett hängt & Verzögerungen von mind. 5 Sekunden hat. & das ist für mich nicht der Sinn bei einem 70€ Produkt, während ich es im TikTok Shop z.B. für 20€ bekomme! Der Kunden Service ist ebenfalls die absolute Katastrophe! & wenn man es dann zurückschicken möchte, weil man natürlich total unzufrieden ist, heißt es das man den Rückversand selber zahlen muss von 10€, da es ins Ausland geht & es logischerweise versichert mit sendungsnummer sein muss. Würde die Finger sowas von weglassen von diesem Shop. Wie gesagt, absoluter scam! Einfach nur schnelle Geldmacherei.
