Very happy with my TV unit, 48 hour delivery. Good comms by email, notifications were constant. Happy to use them again.

Outstanding Customer Service
I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to this time because the service truly stood out. I’d been searching for the right floating TV unit for quite a while, and I’ve just received my order from FloatingTVUnits. The customer service from Lisa was exceptional. She supported me throughout the entire process, answering every question promptly and thoroughly. It made the whole experience an absolute pleasure.

Despite the delivery taking 2 weeks to arrive rather than 7 days, the unit itself is perfect for my TV size, so all worked out well in the end.

Purchased an entertainment TV centre. The quality is amazing for the price and it looks fantastic in my living room. Have had so many compliments on it and would definitely recommend buying ! Worth every penny !

Customer service was excellent initially, we spent ages trying to find a specific unit that was in stock, and when reaching out to discuss what we were after the replies were prompt and professional, I then placed the order, made payment and waited…
We were then left waiting with no further updates. After multiple emails (many unanswered) reaching out for a delivery date and to ask where our order was we were told it had already been delivered.
I was left trying to find a way to contact the delivery company to then find out it was returned back to the seller!
Many many emails were sent which remained unanswered, as well multiple calls to a phone line which is constantly ‘busy’.
