Delivery was delayed by Xmas but the delivery company were really professional.

I couldn’t recommend Flock & Fig enough. We ordered a Roma Bistro Garden set from them which has arrived and we love. Their customer service was brilliant from start to finish. Alistair promptly dealt with my order even on a Saturday, and responded very quickly to my email asking them to kindly update part of my address, as I had forgotten to add my door number!
Flock and Fig’s chosen shipping company were fantastic and also dealt with the order so quickly. I am pleased that we chose to use a new company to order our garden furniture, and that we have now found Flock & Fig! I will absolutely keep them in mind when purchasing any furniture in the future.
