FloLogic Avis 

First of all we get random water shut offs several times a week. I turn it back on and there is no water use occurring and no leaks shown. I assume it is related to water softener activity.
Second, about a month ago the app disconnected. All attempts to reconnect end up with the code on the device not being recognized. I don’t have time to spend a lot of time on the phone with someone to talk me through this set up. I am out of town til mid September so I have disconnected it until I get back, when I can deal with this.

We have not had good instruction on this and have no idea what we should do

The technician at FloLogic Brendan Kennedy is always very helpful, when I call with any questions. He is also very professional in his demeanor.

I installed the FloLogic system several years ago and could not be more happier with the system. The system is not inexpensive to purchase and instal but it is a great investment.

I own a Townhouse in NYC and I sleep a little better at night, knowing that the FloLogic system is activated in the property!

Customer service helped coordinate proper equipment and connection to wifi system so I could control functionality via the app.

The app looks dated, and the device lacks a pressure sensor and many other features that for example streamlabs offers at a much lower price point

doesnt offer half of what Moen offers
Moen Gives you daily usage emails and additional information sent to your email daily or weekly so you can manage the usage. You don’t get that with FloLogic

system not working-- it wont co0nnect and i have run the water around system as it shuts water off within a minute when not connected-- qould love a knowlegeable tecjh rep to come pout and trouble shoot

Although installed, I don't know how to properly use the system. The tutorial was not helpful. I called the plumber and amnstill waiting for one of their people to get in touch to set up a time to work with me.

While I initially thought our FloLogic system would be troublesome, we have found its notifications only occurring when there is a problem. One of our toilets got stuck running and the FloLogic let us know. Saved us a lot of water usage money.....worth its cost.

I like how easy Flologic has been and it's brought some accountability to cleaners that are working on the house when I'm not there. I'm disappointed I can't see how much water has been used over a a day, week or month. I was surprised there was no usage information.

Excellent product. Very knowledgeable customer service techs. Flologic is top of the line equipment. I highly recommend them.

Product performs as advertised. Quality material used. It'll take some dialing in the sensitivity after the initial set up so it doesn't keep shutting off the water. Once you've dialed in the appropriate settings, it works wonderfully.

Would appreciate some analytical tools in future updates, but it's great as is.
