Install of flashflood probe
Asked by my insurance broker to get this installed the process was very easy. The install engineer was polite and did a neat job. Hope never to have to use it but at least we have peace of mind.

You messed up the renewal
You messed up the renewa and even though we paid the renewal premium on time didn’t bother to query. The only notification we had was you giving us one week’s notice that you would attend the property to remove the monitoring device
