Haven't fitted it yet to give any other feed back but would definitely use them again 👏🏻

Good value and next day delivery as promised

We found the item we wanted easily and the order came thru exactly as quoted.

And with a great Scottish Accent! Very good price, speedy delivery. Phone check after to ensure all in order - perfect.

Easy to navigate website, quick delivery, will definitely use again

Prompt, efficient service.

Prompt efficient service and good friendly advice when looking for technical help and direction. Speedy delivery as well.

Good experience with Floorheating-Direct. The site was easily negotiated, and proved very helpful.
We had specific technical enquiries which were answered via e:mail and phone. The chap was informed about their range of products and we received our goods within 24 hours.
I would recommend this company to others.

whilst the seller did what they should DHL sent me a wrong tracking number so as a consequence i was not in when they attempted delivery.

Very helpful with good communication required as this is an awkward site and liaison with the courier was required. The was an issue with initially only 3 of the 4 packs delivered by the courier leaving me short of pipe only a few days before the screed installation. The company came good and got an immediate 24hr delivery of the missing package.

I recently bought a pipe uncoiler from Floorheating Direct at a great price. It arrived quickly and was of good quality and has made the job so much easier. I would highly recommend this company.

Price was miles better than local suppliers, next day delivery much easier than dealing with the morning rush at the plumbing suppliers who did not have the parts and offered a seven day wait.

Very quick delivery and when I rang to ask if I could swap for a different size matting they were very obliging.

Excellent prices, a quick delivery and good products makes for a easy decision on floor heating suppliers.

First class company and very easy to deal with

Next day delivery. Installation looks easy. Haven't yet fitted.

Fast delivery top service highly recommended

Excellent service at the most competitive price. Easy to order and items arrived on time. Will definitely be using this company from now on.

Part delivered on time.

Item was not the part I chose but an updated version. It caused some confusion, but this was resolved with an email. This could have been explained pre delivery or within the delivered item.
