Excellent service and will use Flooring King again

As ordered delivered a day late

We ordered our floor. Order number 725532. We paid for delivery for the Wednesday. Advised it had been changed to Friday but it never turned up. No communication and we sat here all day waiting for our delivery. We have no idea when the propose to reschedule delivery so your guess is as good as ours. Very disappointed having paid a pricey delivery fee.
Total lack of communication.

Gorgeous carpet it's not been laid yet goes down Monday but it's stunning from what I've seen

Purchased carpet tiles for our Bowling Club changing hut. Good product, easy to fit. Flooring King phoned to advise when delivery would be made. Delivered on time.

I ordered FREE samples and Royal Mail sent me a slip to pay £5 before I could receive these samples as they hadn’t shipped properly. Not the best advertising as not free.

I left a negative review previously when I was frustrated with delivery or lack of which was by whatever courier . Having spoken to Amazon and calmed down I’m feeling that the negative review was unjust and would like to amend. I ordered flooring with Flooring King as they were the most competitively priced and it was all in stock and quick delivery. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong colour and realised the next day I made a phone call to Flooring King spoke to a very helpful guy called Sam who changed the order and cancelled the original order with no fuss and I came away thinking this is a company I want to use again and I will definitely use again and hope that it was a one off with certain courier company (you might want to review your options for delivery service). So Flooring King keep it up

Great service except for the fact that the company leave products outside and don’t bring heavy goods into customer houses. Had to do this myself which was very difficult.

Easy to order online with advice from AI/chatbot. Unfortunately after ordering I was advised by phone my chosen flooring was no longer available. A big plus that Flooring King called and another big plus that they texted a list of suggested alternatives and arranged samples. I was able to phone my revised order. The only downside was having to chase for confirmation of my updated order and resulting refund (would have been 5 stars otherwise)

Great products easy to order and great delivery nice and fast

Ordered on the 31st, delivery was scheduled for the 8th. e mail on the 7th notified a delay to the 10th. No delivery received by the 11th.

The product I wanted was out of stock but they sourced an alternative supplier. It was good to be able to speak to people at their office directly and all went to plan.

Good price.was texted and rand by driver on morning of delivery. Flooring arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely use this company again.
