Really pleased with Flooring Right from the moment we entered the shop right through until after the carpet was fitted. Mohammed was helpful in choosing the right carpet for my mother’s stairs and hallway, the measuring and fitting were completed on time and customer service was good throughout the whole process. Mum is very happy with her new carpet and will definitely be using them again in the future.

From the first moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team that was genuinely excited to help me find the perfect flooring for my home. The selection was vast, with options that catered to every style and budget.
The staff took the time to understand my needs and preferences, which made the decision process so much easier. I ended up selecting a beautiful carpet that has added warmth and comfort to my living room. They provided me with samples to take home, which allowed me to see how it would look in my space before making a final decision.
The installation team was phenomenal! They arrived on time and worked efficiently, ensuring that every detail was perfect

So pleased with my new carpet
So pleased with my new carpet. I was guided in the shop with what would be suitable in my price range with absolutely no pressure to buy. The carpet fitters were efficient and cleared all the debris away and even hoovered so that it looked perfect when finished, which I haven’t had done before by other fitters. I shall definitely be returning and recommending this new business to my family and friends.

Great service in store
Great service in store and for the fitting. Only issue was the fitter was going to call us the day before to say what time he would be arriving but didn't call until about 50 mins prior to arriving which left us hanging around.

Very high quality service and products
Very high quality service and products. I am very pleased with the results. The manager was very helpful, offering advice and answering queries promptly. The fitters worked to a very high professional standard and left the house very tidy. They also offered a service to move heavy furniture (unlike another local store), which was very reassuring. An excellent, stress free experience!
