The sales team was so helpful. They sent me in real life pictures of the flooring I wanted. This helped on massively on the selection process. Great communication from the team overall.

Ordered sample for stairs case
Ordered sample for stairs case. Got wrong sample. Informed them about the error and requested to send correct order. No response.
Since submitting the review, I got clarification about my order. Unfortunately, my email went to spam folder and hence the delay in response. I misunderstood that they will be sending sample of one step.

Hi Manju thanks for your feedback, we have just found your email in our spam folder and have replyed to you. As per the website we do not send samples of the actual staircases but instead we send samples of the matching flooring as this is just for colour. If you do have any other queries just let us know and again sorry your email to us arrived in our spam folder
So stressful!
So stressful! I was in an email conversation with Floor Monster and I said I would only put the order through if they could guarantee delivery in 6 days or less. They said yes so I paid. But 5 days later they told me they wouldn't be able to deliver it in that timeframe so I'd have to wait. I couldn't wait because a tradesman was booked in to fit the flooring, hence why I had only paid Floor Monster when they had promised me delivery within 6 days! I ended up having to cancel the Floor Monster order then buy from another company and pay extra for next day delivery. So I ended up out of pocket and very stressed out. The guys emailing me back and forth were very helpful and polite, but due to the delivery issue and me being out of pocket I wouldn't use Floor Monster again.

Hi El, thank you for your feedback. I have looked into the order and can see there was a slight delay as stock that was showing on the system was only for 1 side not both for left and right. As appose to Wednesday delivery we were going to get to you for Friday delivery but appreciate this could not work for you. We are sorry and tried our best to make the order work once any issue had been identified as we always will

The staff were so helpful, no mater how many questions I asked they were happy to answer them. I had the packs for my stairs and they didn’t disappoint,
My stairs are so easy to clean and they look beautiful.

Hi Richard, thanks for your feedback as per our reply to your email (sent 23/11/23) we have cancelled and refunded your order for 1 length of skirting. Despite being collected by the courier the consignment did not make any scans so we have had to raise a claim. We are sorry and if you change your mind and need another piece of skirting sent let us know and you can reorder

Thanks for your feedback we are aware one of the steps has been delayed but stock is due to arrive in about 2-3 weeks. As per our discussion with you this week we are also looking to confirm if we can provide you an alternative option next week, customer services arr having this checked currently as advised and revert back to you asap
Quality product supplied quickly
Ordered a sample piece of flooring to check against existing (for an extension). Sample looked exactly as it did onscreen and arrived within a couple of days - cracking.
