If you’re setting it up make sure you use the go login for the integration, makes everything way easier. Their support is genuinely great too, quick replies and actually helpful, not just copy paste answers… I’d vouch for them if anyone ran into issues. Only thing is a few sites like PayPal don’t work through the proxy but that’s pretty normal with proxy providers tbh, not only a Floppydata thing. Overall no complaints, would recommend.

You get a residential IP, but it works for 3 days; then you need to request a new IP. It takes days, so basically you get charged for 1 month when you used the IP for a week!

I am using FD services for a month, I use DC proxies(24x7) and I can tell that during this month there were 0 downtimes. Price is completely good and competitive with other services. Support responses to all messages during EU business hours on Monday-Friday and really tries to help with every situation - it is very important. What I should also mention - nice and clear documentation, it is very important if you develop your own projects.

I am constantly getting proxy errors from this company while using their web service and API. One of the most common errors I receive is:

502 Bad Gateway
Upstream proxy geo.g-w.info:10080 refused HTTP CONNECT request: 424 Failed Dependency

Their proxies go down repeatedly throughout the day, often for 10 to 30 minutes at a time. This is not an occasional issue. It happens over and over again.

What makes this even more frustrating is their support response. Whenever I report the issue, they tell me to specify which proxy username is failing. But since I am using their API, I cannot always identify which specific proxy username caused the error. I already explained this before.

I even reported one of these errors once with full details, but because the issue was temporarily fixed about an hour later, they simply responded that “there is no problem at the moment.” This seems to be their standard approach: wait until the service comes back online, then deny that there was ever a problem.

They never properly acknowledge the failure, and they seem completely unaware of how their own API service is being used in real-world conditions. Their infrastructure is unstable, their proxies fail multiple times a day, and their support is useless unless the issue is happening at the exact second they check.

If you do not want to lose your mind dealing with constant downtime, ignored reports, and support that refuses to admit obvious service failures, stay away from this company.

Additionally, within 5 to 10 minutes after placing the order, I contacted support to request the gateway and netmask details. However, they refused to provide this information. These details are essential for proper configuration, and their refusal is concerning.

Furthermore, your team continues to state that the service is “very good” and that there is no issue, yet they are not willing to provide a refund. This is not acceptable, especially considering the service does not meet the requirements that were clearly discussed before purchase.
