Product not received, no reply from customer support.

I ordered two fish. One wouldn’t charge and the other one lasted a short time before it broke.They are flimsy and even the gentlest dog would tear it up quickly. I have tried to contact them but never get back.

The charge ran out during the first day of use. I recharged it and it ran out again almost immediately. Then the charging point came away and went into the body of the mechanism so I was unable to charge it from then on. So basically I paid nearly £20 for a couple of hours of fun. I bought a replacement on Amazon for half the price which has proven much more reliable. Do not buy from this company - total waste of money.

Waste of money. The order took weeks to arrive and when it did it was destroyed in minutes. My dog isn’t very big either . Don’t bother with this product

I ordered from them over a month ago. My debit card was charged but still no item has been delivered and when I punch in my order number to track it said no tracking available yet. I reached out to them 3 times and no response. This is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE!

Ordered it on 10/31/22 and still don't have it a month later. No one has responded to my emails either. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Company have got back to me and refunded the cost of Floppy Fish which I am grateful for. I do not think this is suitable for dogs at all. Please advertise as a cat toy only as it is obvious from all the reviews this is not suitable as a dog toy.

Do not buy the floppy fish toy for your dog. Very badly made & dangerous, my dog chewed through it in 2 days & it fell apart. Play Paw do not want to know & no refund offered.

Took a while to arrive company is listed as a uk company but ships China the floppy fish didn't last long not suitable for medium to large dogs to soft my dog bit into the battery compartment ripped it apart waste of money

If only I had seen these reviews first! Absolutely shockingly quality, item doesn’t work and is not safe to give to your dog. The reviews on the website must be fake!

I wish I would have read reviews before I purchased the flappy fish dog toy. I purchased 2 for my German Shepherds, (one which happens to be a 7 month old puppy). Within 1 hour, my puppy had the fish toy destroyed. She was able to bite down and puncture the motor inside the toy and then started to rip the toy apart. I wrote to the company and they did reply. However, they told me that the ad says it’s supposed to engage the pet and if I wanted my money back, all they will do is give me the 20% discount which amounts to 7.95 as my refund. I told them to keep their 7.00 but I would write a review that this toy is not designed for aggressive chewers. Do not buy this toy! It is a waste of money!

Absolute rubbish quality. I bought thinking I was using an English website. The money was taken in Sheffield. However, when I asked to return the items I was given a Chinese address with the postage at my own expense. This is a scam. I was neither sent an invoice by this company.

I think it's a great concept, but this company is most likely a scam. I would avoid them. I really wish I had done a quick Google search before I purchased from them.

I have had to open a dispute with PayPal to try and get refunded since they are not answering any of my emails.

Was fantastic for about 8 seconds until my 3 month old jack Russell puppy rendered it dead. Its cloth, rips easily and the mechanism dies off and doesnt charge. Waste of money, should be made of a more robust material.

Delivery is slow but did arrive eventually. Product is poor quality and cheap materials. Definitely not suitable for a dog.

This is a scam. I think they are connected with the website myperkypets. The fish doesn’t work and it is utter rubbish as many others have said. They won’t refund me.

The order took ages to come. I thought I’d been scammed. When it eventually arrived I knew I had been. The fish is made of cloth so won’t last 5 minutes with a dog chewing it. It takes 5 minutes to charge, I think. You can’t tell if it’s charging, it’s lights up red and the light goes off almost immediately. Then it flops about for about 10 seconds then dies. Absolutely useless, complete waste of money, and it’s not cheap. DO NOT BUY.
