Hi just received a calm Koala with no instructions. I have pressed paws and tummy —nothing happens. Looks cheap and wasn’t. Avoid this company came from China seems a scam!!!!

Florafolia has become my favourite place to source indoor plants. It’s clear that the experienced staff give all their plants the utmost care and attention. The plants always arrive in fantastic condition. I’m always impressed by Florafolia!

These plants are absolutely beautiful
These plants are absolutely beautiful, it is evident they have been well cared for. Packaging was great too, they arrived with no sign of stress and are happy little campers, all settled in now.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. The plant arrived damaged with the top of it broken as it was shoved in a box too small for the item. I have emailed and still waiting to hear back 3 weeks later!

Peter, there are times where we don't live up to the high standards we set ourselves and this is one of those situations. We simply dropped the ball on this one and we should have got back to you much sooner than we did and for that we apologies.
We have refunded the cost of the plant for you and if there is anything we can do to help please do reach out.

I've used online plant sellers previously and this firm I'm impressed in the quality of packaging and definitely quality in plants.

This is not a website for plant gifts as I thought
I was looking for a plant gift to send my best friend for her birthday.
Google came up with Florafolia. I would have gladly given this a five-star rating but: 1. There was no space for a gift message and I wanted to write a note saying Happy birthday. 2. I ordered this on a Wednesday expecting this plant gift to arrive within a couple of days as per other food hamper gifts for a Saturday birthday. I stupidly did not check the shipping info on the website which advised orders are sent out Monday and Tuesday, hence I had lost almost a week on ordering on a Wednesday. Had I known this I would not have ordered it at all. 3. It arrived on the Thursday, a good 5 days after her birthday which was a bit anticlimactic. 4. My friend really liked it thank goodness but some of the joy was taken away from this delay.

As a result of this and others feedback we are updating our website over the next month to make it easier for our customers to gift, write messages etc and to make it clearer as to when we ship. Amazing service
Amazing service! The plants were all boxed well and the engineering of how to ship plants was very well thought through with the design of the boxes. Only feedback would be the hanging plants boxes aren’t as successful at ensuring the plant doesn’t move around/upside down and lose soil.
Would definitely shop again!!

The large thai constellation i purchased arrived in perfect condition despite the late arrival (due to shipping company NOT florafolia). A true testiment to their care for the plants and customers, they remained in contact keeping me informed of its journey and provided tips to reinvigorate the plant on arrival. A+++ service from Lynne and the team!

Professional and Trustworthy
I was really nervous when I purchased my Variegated Monstera (Thai Constellation) but Floriafolia’s website, delivery notes and YouTube packing video were valuable and trustworthy sources. The Thai arrived safely and professionally packaged. She has since thrived since being in my possession which tells me they took very good care of her. I highly recommend Florafolia to anyone looking to buy and have plants shipped online. Thanks a lot guys. :)

After an initial delay of sending my plant, Florafolia happily surprised me with an extra plant inside which they didn't have to do. The plants were packed nicely and they were in good health when they arrived.
