I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order from Floraïku.
My order was confirmed on February 11, but I never received the parcel. Due to an issue with the address on the company’s side, the shipment was returned to their warehouse.
What followed was over a month of waiting, with no clear or consistent updates from customer service. I had to repeatedly follow up myself, and even then the information provided was often vague or contradictory.
In the end, I received a refund, but only after a long and frustrating process. As a gesture of apology, I was given a gift code, which unfortunately does not work.
Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and far below expectations, especially for a brand positioned in the luxury segment.
