Sir, our carts are 1.5grams since we were having issues filling the 1 gram carts and they were overfilling, leaking, and oil was coming from the inhale hole, so we decided that putting 1 gram in a 1.5 gram cart will work. You have what you paid for a 1 gram cart.

These were okay, would try more products first. Shipping took a little bit but completely normal.

Still havent recieved a shipping label…
Still havent recieved a shipping label for my order that was processed last week. Ive waited 2 weeks now total and still have recieved no shipping label.
My boyfriend also ordered the free sample, he got his shipping label....but his has been STUCK IN TEXAS for 2 weeks.

Honestly love their products but some lately I been getting work halfway through then wax starts building up and spits wax or clogs up to the point it's not used anyone. But again amazing products but wished their customer support was nicer than they are. Now supposedly I have to wait to get my replacement with my order like this isn't cool when you spend hard money on something that stopped working and I want another 3.5 disposable because it wasn't working right when it came. So other than those couple issues again amazing products for a decent price.

We change our disposables when their are not working but when is more than 2 weeks we don’t, We don’t know how the customer handle it and if it was working properly in the begging its hard to identify what happened to it. We have customers trying to return the disposables empty and we cant check why they supposedly stop working

Ordered a free sample 2 weeks back and it’s still sitting in the facility over in Texas. I wanna try out this website but if it’s been 2 weeks of a free sample. Will it be the same if I were to purchase an item? I’d hope not.
