There is always a warm welcome from the whole team at Floss and Smile. The wide variety of specialisms available in house ensure most things can be treated at Floss and Smile. This makes for good communication and follow up between the professionals. As a long standing patient I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism, high standards and genuine kindness.

I have been attending Floss and Smile Dental Practice for over a year. There is always a warm welcome and the team explain each procedure with clarity and always put you at ease. I am very happy with the treatments I have received and highly recommend them for their professionalism, communication skills and exceptional service. Thank you all!

My treatment was provided by a very kind and attentive dentist, Dr Invir Johar and I cannot express how happy I have been throughout. From my initial dental check he was both very understanding and supportive, making my whole experience very comfortable.
I now have a wonderful smile and I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough.

After booking a 2nd hygienist appointment, as the initial one was cancelled last minute due to her being ill, I was let down again. But this time they waited until I arrived before letting me know that the hygienist was delayed in traffic, and to make matters worse I was her 2nd patient of the day, so they knew 30mins before I arrived that I would have to wait. A phone call would have saved me 40 mins travelling there and back!! A company who think their time is more important than yours, is best avoided

Started my implant treatment this week with a little trepidation but needn’t have worried as Alpa’s calm professional demeanor soon put me at ease. Every step had been explained and carried out with a 5* service. Would highly recommend

I waited a while before leaving this review because I wanted to see if I could get used to the look of my new bridge. Unfortunately, I haven't.
I spent close to £5,000 on a three-unit bridge and whitening, and my biggest disappointment was that I was never shown what the bridge would look like before it was made. I'd asked for the front teeth to be as level as possible with my natural teeth, but once it was fitted there was very little that could be changed, and I'm left with a result I'm simply not happy with.
During adjustments, a small nick was also made to the tooth next to the bridge, which was disappointing.
The staff were always polite, and to their credit they did respond to my complaint. They acknowledged that they don't currently have a process for patients to preview bridges before they're permanently fitted and said they would look at improving this in the future.
Unfortunately, that doesn't change the outcome for me. I now feel I'll have to spend a similar amount of money elsewhere to try and achieve the result I wanted in the first place. After spending nearly £5,000, it just feels like a huge waste of time and money for what I thought would be a fairly straightforward cosmetic procedure.

The front desk coordinators consistently deliver excellent customer service, making every visit smooth and pleasant. I always feel confident and well looked after in their care. The examinations are thorough, and every treatment is carried out with great attention, ensuring a calm and stress-free experience.

My hygienist, Hala Al-Dory, was so gentle cleaning my teeth. Highly recommend this lady, very friendly and professional.

As a nervous patient I am glad to have found Floss & Smile. the service and attention is second to none. Having not had any treatment at a dentist for many years, I had to make an appointment for severe toothache. Unfortunately the tooth could not be saved, but all the options were explained to me and I have now just had an implant replacement tooth put in. I would highly recommend Floss & Smile, they combine excellent dental expertise and the whole team are very friendly and welcoming.

Although a relatively new patient, I have been more than impressed by----professional detailed oversight of my dental needs--a welcoming environment, and state-of -the- art equipment. A thoroughly unhurried and assuring experience !

So happy I found these guys - took me a while to find a dentist I liked and then they were on my doorstep! I really can't fault them. my family and I have been with them now around three years and I have had various checkups, one crown and now just completed my Smilealign (aligners) with them. They are not only the nicest people but I never feel overcharged or anything pushed on me. They make every effort to explain everything and leave it to my choice. Highly recommend them - I have Alpa and Billie for my teeth and Carolyn, Christine and Zarah are all amazing.
