Disappointed service quality
Overall speaking, the floral company could provide immediate reply and efficient service within short order.
I accept additional fee should be charged as I requested the product should be delivered at the appointed time.
Disappointingly, the wrapping was not as expected. It was rough and highly unprofessional.
Besides, the time of delivery was almost two hours behind. Much more money was spent but the company could not keep its promise.
Last but not least, the ordered flower was not delivered to my girl friend directly and she did not receive it in person even though I had clearly provided all required personal information including her working address, name and contact phone number. It was left unattedendly at the reception with further follow up. Not even a phone call to my girl friend for her notification.
In short, I would never make use of this floral company's service again.

花不新鲜，数量也不对
首先，花不新鲜。配送当天，花瓣就落了很多。
其次，我订的是30枝玫瑰，你们替我送的是36枝。30这个数对我是有特别意义的。你们难道以为多送几枝就可以遮掩花不新鲜的事实吗？
你们如此拙劣的服务远远的超出了我的想象。

Cake presentation is poor
The flower is fine but the decoration on the cake is poor and the image of the rose dropped when it was delivered. What is more, the words on the card are entirely crooked

Communications from this business was excellent throughout the purchase process. Even re-delivered the flowers from the wrong address supplied to the correct address, cannot believe that they were willing to redeliver without additional cost.
Would highly recommend this florist to all within the Beijing area, great prices, fresh flowers and great service. Would definitely order again. Also an additional advantage is that this florist accepts PayPal as a form of payment, very convenient if based abroad like myself.
