WOW HOW LUCKY WAS I
After having a operation I was lucky enough to receive two bouquets from Flowers by Chris. Knowing how much I love flowers my loved ones surprised me and I can honestly say my front room smells lovely. Loving the aftercare care cards that advise you on how to keep your flowers to last longer and the flower food in a nice little package. I would not hesitate to use this florist myself and I'm thankful to have these beauties to look at while I recover from my operation. 😃 thankyou Tracey 😃

What a beautiful shop in the centre of…
What a beautiful shop in the centre of atherstone High Street, the choice of beautiful flowers are amazing and all kept in a walk - in fridge to keep them fresh , my bouquet lasted over 2 weeks with the instructions I was given by the florist , cut the stems regularly and change the water regularly, I've purchased flowers from supermarkets in the past which were cheaper but they didnt last a week , as the saying goes you get what you pay for ! I also purchased a beautiful gift and unusual card for my friends birthday , she loved them , I'll definitely be going back and have recommended to my friends

Great Quality and helpful staff
Had some flowers the last week from Flowers by Chris and I have to say I’m very impressed!
They are still fresh (even after this hot weather we’ve had)
Beautiful flowers and wonderful, cheerful staff that helped me pick.

Best florist in atherstone
Best florist in atherstone, staff are lovely and flowers are the best quality I’ve seen in a long time, flowers lasted Atleast 2 weeks which is AMAZING especially when I’ve brought supermarket flowers which only lasted a couple day. Will definitely be using flowers by Chris regularly from now on 😊😊

Far too expensive
Far too expensive. Go to the supermarket. In response to the vendor’s reply, when I bought the flowers the shop assistant looked embarrassed and said, somewhat sheepishly and apologetically, the price. Awful experience for BOTH of us. Seriously, go to the supermarket; always consistent and guaranteed. And definitely not an inferior quality or size than I bought.
This is not a ‘fake Karen’ review - why on earth would anyone do that? Ever? I was, in fact, prompted by the Facebook post begging customers to ‘use us or lose us’ that you posted. That one has to resort to insulting and dare I say, trolling customers says more than any review ever could.

Most customers completely understand that a florist supplies the best floral stems on the market. Our grade of flower is EX for Excellence - whereas Supermarkets supply a much lower grade of stem, hence why supermarkets are cheaper. Supermarkets flowers are much smaller, the quality is lower and they do not last very well :)
Another interesting fact is Florists care and condition their flowers, Supermarkets do not. Florists also carry a wealth of experience and skill creating stunning floral arrangements for all flower occasions, Supermarkets do not.
As you can see Florists are completely different to Supermarkets which luckily the general public know and our customers know, we are very lucky to have a fantastic loyal customer bases.
If you do have time please do come into the shop and we can show you how different we are to a supermarket and hopefully will help you see that florists across the world are an asset to each town.
Ps: We are all florists in the shop (not shop assistants), bless you! Our florists are certainly not embarrassed by the prices of our flowers - we all understand the value and quality of the flowers we stock in store :) I will however show the girls tomorrow your review during our morning coffee. Have a lovely evening Charlotte and keep smiling in a such a challenging world.
Also what none of our florists can understand is why you have posted this on the 10th June - but your experience was on the 15th March?? Sounds like a fake 'Karen' review to me. Must admit, you have made me laugh tonight so thank you - 'Charlotte' apparently.

We ordered a Christmas wreath from here for £80 when we collected it it looked like the cheapest version of the photo on line you can possibly imagine there was nothing to hang it with I have worked in a florists and know how much things cost and this is a blatant rip off !

Hi Brian. Thank you for your review. We did try and do everything we could for you - even offering to replace the door wreath. We do not provide 'door hangers' for you to attach a wreath to your door. You have to purchase this yourself.
The Winter Wreath we made looked exactly like the photo on our website. It actually had more in. Your husband asked us to make it tidier/neater than the photo so perhaps that's the reason you feel it was undervalue. He also said the Wreath looked absolutely fine... I'm glad he liked it :)
Here is a price breakdown for you: Floral Wreath Frame £13.00, Spruce and other Christmas Foliages £10.00, 6 x White Spray Roses £15.00, 7 x White Veronica £10.50, 7 x Blue Thistle = £14.00, 3 x White Statice £6.00 = £68.00 + £12.00 Make up charge for the florist = £80.00.
So Brian my advice for you is... perhaps you need to go back through your previous floristry experience because you clearly can't work out flower costs - which is a very important part of a florist business. Luckily for our florist we have the highest reputation in Warwickshire and have won numerous awards - so you look a bit silly in all honestly. My customers will enjoy reading your review with a little smirk on their face. Have a lovely afternoon.
