Customer satisfaction
They didn’t have color of roses I picked for my bouquet. They made all the effort to call me first, when I was not reachable they left me a message on my WhatsApp. They offered me colour options available in roses. They even send me a pic of bouquet to make sure I was satisfied with the bouquet before it was delivered. I’m awed by their customer service. I will be definitely ordering more with them and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

He showed me on on the video call, it was exactly as showed in the picture and perfect. He got the note as well. I couldn't recommend it less. I'd send to my Mother pretty soon, she is so into gardening and it's not even expensive
