We ordered a tour from Fly&Joy travel agency. We chose Turkey the Marti Myra hotel. The travel agent Angelica offered the most suitable place for us according to all our wishes. I really liked the service at the agency, they helped with some problems and were always in touch at the right time even when we were already on vacation. We can highly recommend this travel agency, because they will definitely pick up exactly what you need.

Thanks for Fly&Joy to organised my journey to Canary Islands to Tenerife. It was excellent service in every detail from travel, to support and advices. A lot of thanks for manager Angelica who gives all the necessary information and support in every step.
The place for holiday is great! North Tenerife is comfortable in temperatures and conveniences, cafés, restaurants, markets, shops, beaches, parks are great! Hotel Puerto de la Cruz was good as well with delicious food, live music in the evenings, comfortable room with all conveniences. Just if you are a tea drinker, take small kettle with you, they haven't got it in the room, but you can have a cuppa in a bar downstairs. It's very good that the hotel is in the middle of the centre of Puerto de la Cruz and on the beach line. You can find everything you need around and you can have interesting, relaxing and enjoyable holiday there.
I highly recommend to go to Tenerife with Fly & Joy you will have a great holiday and unforgettable experience!

Travel for me is comfort (flight schedule, hotel location, cost, etc.) and at least once you have contacted a tour operator, you know that not everyone will be able to find an approach to your wishes... What can I say about Fly&Joy. They try to choose everything to the maximum, from the word absolutely EVERYTHING! Now we live in England, and for the sake of interest, I inquired about the cost and flight program at local travel agencies, so they showed only 2 options and that was it! No one tells you what's nearby, where you can spend time with your child, they just show you pictures from Google Maps and that's it. Like "you see everything yourself".
As for Fly&Joy, I met them last year, I found them banally through the Internet. I communicated only once, expressed my desire for a price increase, and then the "miracles" began without an increase. Options start pouring in one after the other, of different nature, from price and flight program to location and entertainment! It is important that no one agitates you for expensive hotels or tours, but on the contrary, if something is not what you would like for your vacation, they will also tell you about the shortcomings of this or that hotel. I hesitated for a long time 🤔 and I was happy with the manager what should I do with it now, help me now with the choice🙈🙈🙈
Fly&Joy is a company that is definitely customer-oriented!!! After trying it once, you don't want to look for anything anymore! I advise you to just try to communicate, it does not oblige you in anything, and you will give an impression and understand what I am saying.
