Test Cancellation.
I contacted Randox via email to cancel a scheduled appointment. I received an automated response immediately explaining that my query may take some time. However, delightedly I can report that Abbi (customer services) responded, in a second email acknowledging my request and explaining the procedure. The whole process was quick, easy, customer friendly and focused.
Comforting & reassuring experience
Had a covid test scheduled for saturday in the morning for next day service. It was my first Covid test to be done by someone else & so was anxious. The other times I had done done it myself via a drive through service. Fatima who attended to me made me comfortable & calm assuring me it will be ok & also that my tests will be out in good time. I actually received tests before 12 midnight of the next day. Thank you to Fatima at the Westfield Centre.
Distressingly poor customer service
I booked 2 x PCR tests for my children for results returned in 1-3 hours ahead of a next day flight. The lady at the Trafford Centre confirmed everything was sorted and we would receive the results in the next 1-3 hours. This was at 7.20pm. I of my daughter's results came through, the other didn't at all and because it was out of hours we couldn't get hold of anyone from Customer Support. We missed our flight and more importantly missed my father-in-law's funeral. He died on Sunday and was buried today, Wednesday. Customer Services rang me in the morning when we should have been on the plane and said they completed the test but the results weren't registered ... despite the lady at the centre saying everything had been sorted. I didn't get angry and I didn't use any offensive language. When I said I wanted a refund I didn't even get an apology and the person on the phone [name available] repeated what they had already told me, said there was nothing more they could do and they were going to end the call. They hung up on me. So today, my wife is attending her father's funeral without her husband and children by her side and Randox couldn't care less

Not a serious company. Money grabbing attitude
I had a business trip and I paid for a 1-3 hours result PCR test as I had to fly early next day.
My test was performed at 14:30.
Test did not arrive after 3h. So I went twice to beg them for the results. Thinking that I will miss the flight since by 7pm no results were given and most of the laboratories were already closed. Extremely stressful situation.
My results came by email at 19:25. Five hours later. Worth noting that they have a laboratory on site.
I will never used them again for any time sensitive test. I felt I paid extra for nothing.
Dreadful customer service and communication
I have had to cancel my PCR tests due to a cancelled cruise. I have emailed Randox 4 times and filled in all the refund request forms as required and heard nothing. I accept that a change in legislation probably means delays because lots of people have cancelled but sure a email update saying they are working through a backlog isn't too much to ask - until they sort their admin out I would avoid - they were quick to take to take the money
Zero Customer Service
I have been a regular customer of Randox since the pandemic started. Unfortunately having booked a series of tests for various trips (3 x PCR) my travel plans changed. I completed the refund process defined in the contract I was sent and have received NO reply. I currently am owed around £100 and need one of my bookings changing. It's been almost 9 days and nobody has got back to me. I'm currently in Asia and can't call, but would have expected a response to my emails / forms. I have zero confidence that I'll ever see my money again. Great service when it works, but buyers beware

Pathetic company, I left them a bad review so 36 hrs later they told me I was positive, but my flow tests everyday shows negative? Pathetic

Here, the 'one-time glowing reviewer' appears very much like yet another shallow but blatent sham which some might say can not easily be disassociated from an outfit such as this lot.
My own experience is documented there and shares the same title as this one.
If you Google 'Randox Wikipedia,' you will get the bigger and more obviously authentic picture in just a few shocking paragraphs...from gross incompetence ('Coronovirus testing' section refers) to alarming, brazen criminal activity. (The section on 'Data manipulation refers.')

1* as 0 not available. Test kit arrived and instructions were to place in a drop box......nearly 100miles away! Randox were happy to send the test to my postcode well aware that it would be impractical and unethical to send me 200miles round trip.
6 months after convincing Royal mail to accept the test via tracked parcel service (which i paid for) we find we have still not received results. 6 calls (monthly) since the purchase, every time we are told and emailed to say our case is being escalated and we will receive contact within 48hrs. NEVER ONCE received any communication from Randox in response. (lengthy email trail to prove it). I feel there is no intention by Randox to respond and the 'service' has felt more like a Scam.

They were courteous, polite and extremely helpful. I had to speak to Amzy and she was extremely helpful and understanding of the concerns and issues I have had elsewhere. Having had to do numerous RT PCR tests in the past 6 months, I have found them to be the most helpful Team.
