I’ve really enjoyed the customer experience with FlyBox! What I love most is how quick and easy the process is! It takes minutes to download the app, create your account, and then your storage box will be at your doorstep in no time. It was a really nice touch that they provided bubble wrap inside box to secure your items for shipping and they even included extra zip tie locks in case you have trouble securing the box. Instructions come easily with the box itself but there’s also great how-to instructions in the app. When you are ready to ship to storage, you just schedule a FedEx pick up in the app and you’re all set. It’s truly a no hassle, no heavy lifting, worry free, seamless process! Highly recommend!

Very seamless and smooth process. The app made all of the steps easy to follow. The packaging was amazing and to be able to easily ship off and retrieve the box was stress-free.

FlyBox made moving and storage easier for me. The ability to have someone pickup what I want stored instead of packing and taking it to a unit myself was great, but where I really fell in love was in the ability to change the delivery/pickup address. Now I’m able to send things to my apartment or my house depending on what I need and store them all in the same place. Super easy and saved me alot of time!

I love how quickly the FlyBox process was completed and cannot wait to use it again in the future. I would absolutely recommend this to friends who work on the road or on tour because it is a very quick way to move and store belongings especially when you feel like you're in a pinch or have to move out of your space in a short amount of time. I live near a lot of FedEx offices so it was easy for me to drop my FlyBox and I found the app super straight forward.

Finally a solution to my storage problems. I don't have the space to store or the strength to haul boxes to an overpriced storage unit. FlyBox solves both of these predicaments. It’s convenient and affordable.

The FlyBox was very easy to use. The box I received is very sturdy and even came with bubble wrap to pack breakables. They included labels for my box so I know what is in it, a secure way to close it, and even included scissors to cut the zip ties. Pickup was also very easy to schedule.

I heard about how FlyBox works and wanted to try it out for some of my home storage. The service went well, exactly how I expected. I requested one box at first, in the app. I packed the box they sent, and FedEX picked it up when I scheduled pick up in the FlyBox app. I can check the app anytime and remember what I have stored. I can see where I’ll request it be sent back to me when I need it again later this year. Simple.

I didn’t realize how badly I needed Fly Box until I used it. I don’t have a ton of stuff, and I definitely don’t want to waste time schlepping things to a storage unit. Fly Box lets me pack up what I want, they pick it up, store it, and bring it back when I need it—zero effort, maximum convenience.

I started with two boxes and already need to order more to store what used to live under my bed (RIP, storage space—thanks, Murphy bed). The app is incredibly easy to use, with super clear instructions. Honestly, it’s one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had with a storage service—if you can even call it that, because this feels more like magic.
