Rude personnel
On our back to Aruba from Curacao a lady working for Divi Divi Air was rude, incompetent, vulgar, and extremely unprofessional:
When we presented our passports, it turned out that we had forgotten to complete the ED form for Aruba. She snapped at us and said that we had to fill it in, without even looking at us further. The application did not work, and when we repeatedly asked her for help, she said that she did not feel like helping us and that she was busy (we were the only customers).
When we continued to insist, she told us to ask someone with yellow vests for help because “she didn’t feel like dealing with it,” and that if we wanted her help, we would each have to pay 20 dollars. We asked a man for assistance, and he was surprised that she had referred us to him.
Eventually, there was very little time left because the flight was about to depart, and she threw the boarding passes at us even though we had not completed the ED form yet.
At that moment two other older clients from Granada came and she also threatened them very rude.
We have traveled extensively around the world, but we have never experienced anything like this.
Someone like this should not be working dealing with clients.
We complained at the company and after a few hours already they said she was sorry, which is not true of course. We insisted and they said the management would investigate the case and that they would give us a follow up. Its now almost a month after this incident and we have heard nothing.
