Usually
Usually, booking flights is such a hassle, but this was different. Everything was super easy to understand, no confusing layouts or sneaky fees. Plus, being able to use Atome to split up my payments made it way more affordable. Travelling is expensive, but this site actually helps make it doable.

Not gonna lie
Not gonna lie, I was skeptical at first because I’ve been burned by flight sites before. But this one? Actually legit. The prices were fair, the checkout was smooth, and I didn’t get hit with surprise fees. Delilah in customer service was also super helpful when I had a question about baggage fees. She was funny too, which made the whole experience way more enjoyable.

Okay, I NEVER leave reviews, but this site deserves one. I needed to book a last-minute flight, and every other site I tried was giving me crazy high prices or random extra charges at checkout. This one? Super transparent. What you see is what you get. I even managed to split my payment with Zip, which saved me from draining my account. Wish I knew about this site sooner.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BOOKING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!
To all who are thinking of booking through this app, please think more than twice. The hassle is really not worth it. It is better to pay the regular price instead.
In a nutshell, everything was just bad experience overall. Instead of handling the situation, they choose to dodge a bullet and bark up the wrong tree --the customer.
1.Customer service rep is very unprofessional.So much unnecessary extra comments and reasoning instead of just doing what was asked.
Second, 2 of the 4 bookings have ENTIRELY WRONG CONFIRMATION CODES. Imagine the hassle of having to confirm everything on my end. No one has the luxury of time to do these. Had I not reviewed them ahead, imagine the stress it would have been. Confirmation code was changed by the airline without their knowledge. Should that be the customer's problem then? Isn't that part of your job to update the customer of the changes?
Third, I cannot make any changes to my booking like seat preference and additional baggage because the booking is made under someone's email and I can't access it. When I tried to reach out, NO ONE RESPONDS. This service is crap.... JUST CRAPPY!
I made this review with all honesty and these were the replies I received on my end, because I made a review about my experience:

FLY FAIRLY, please do better at your correspondence with customers. It leaves a bad (or worse) impression. Take reviews and comments as a way to improve.

Great solutions bringing down costs
I was just really struggling trying to find a return flight from Sweden in June at a reasonable cost, almost giving up and with that, giving up the chance to visit my family and have my son come and stay with me in the summer then I stumbled upon these guys who put together a great suggested combination of flights which then can quite often result in much lower prices, ok so I'm coming back via Oslo haha but hey I get to see my family thank you guys
