Be very careful ! Think twice ! You'll only get ripped off if you want to change or cancel !
I bought 4 flight tickets to pakistan for £3194.00 with Fly in Budget on the 9th june 2025.
These tickets were bought as fully flexible and fully refundable. I asked to to pay from my credit card but was told that there would be charge for that. So i paid on my debit card.
I have had no problems with these people in the past .
Due to my health (Cancer ) reasons I asked to cancel the tickets. I was charged £1600.00 to cancel. I phoned the airline and was told that they normally charge just an admin fee of about £30-£50 for these tickets, the airline also told me that in extreme circumstances and if I had bought the cheapest non flexible tickets then they at a maximum could charge £250 per ticket but that's a really maximum charge.
So I was reimbursed with my money but £1600 was taken. I explained that I have been off work due to really bad health issues and to be, understanding, transparent , treat me fairly and give me a breakdown of the charges. I got a few explanatory messages and screenshots that were contradictory to what I'd been told by the airline itself, and I realised that I should not have put so much trust in this company.
Mr Danish, who works for this company, has been really helpful and is a very pleasant person to speak with. He has sorted the refund out for me . I have received a total of £2194.00. Out of my initial payment of £3194.00 !
But it doesn't excuse the fact that when my health restricted my travel and I genuinely wanted to cancel a fully flexible and fully refundable ticket! then the 'Fly in Budget' company, should have honoured that !
In this case they did not ! and as you can see this similar situation in many other negative reviews, I wish I had read the negative reviews beforehand . In my opinion they have not been fair at all.
I don't think this company is based in the UK although the phone number suggests they are in based Sheffield . When i asked where they were based i got a different answer everytime and they were bogus addresses as I only live next to Sheffield and i know the area very well. Just Google their address ? I believe that They are also Not ABTA OR ATOL.PROTECTED. So I Am Not covered against any unfair treatment.
YES ! AS THE COMPANY NAME SUGGESTS YOU'LL GET A BARGAIN BUT IT COMES AT A LARGE COST IF THINGS GO WRONG. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY !

Change policies after committing.
I was assured of free of cost date change but when due to an emergency I was forced change date for flight, I was charged 360£ extra for just change of date.
I will look to sue the company for committing and then denying if feasible for me.
I have received the email from the company mentioning these exact words
" NOTE: These tickets are changeable without any substantial charges, provided the same seats are available. In the case of a refund, it is subject to a deduction by the airline."
Initially ticket was of 707£ but for changing date more 360£ were paid.
