My flights to Sydney and NZ were handled by Kevin at Flying Business in a very expert and efficient manner.
Kevin answered all my queries by return and nothing seemed too much trouble. He requested assistance for me on every flight which took away the worry of finding the correct gate and ensuring arrival in plenty of time even with a short turnaround.
