Useless

Useless, they sent me 175 NOK debt collector bill because my balance showed 15 NOK.
Before, they sent back all my money on my account what they found without reason.

Charged even if I didn't get the device

They were supposed to send me the tolldevice so I can pay tolls. I chose an post box in Norway, it didn't arrive and they still charged me for it.
So I paid for nothing, or almost nothing, at least I could pay some ferries with it just because I had an account with them. I will never use them again.
It's also very hard to contact them. No support really. Stay away!

Det verste selskapet i Norge

Dette må være det verste selskapet i Norge. Flyt skal visstnok «håndtere» bompengebetalingene dine i Norge, bortsett fra at de ikke gjør det, eller at de ikke kan. Jeg er ikke sikker på om det er fordi de er fullstendig inkompetente, eller bare at de ikke bryr seg en dritt. Bilen min har hatt en Flyt-brikke i halvannet år. Jeg er en rask regningsbetaler (jeg hater å skylde penger til noen).

Med Flyt fakturerer de deg ikke regelmessig, og det er ingen som vet om du vil motta en regning. Av og til har jeg blitt sendt en faktura via e-post, én gang i posten. Vanligvis ikke i det hele tatt.

Så for å prøve å finne ut om du skylder penger, logger du deg inn på nettkontoen din. Fra grensesnittet er det umulig å se om du har en utestående regning. Hvis du klikker på Ubetalte fakturaer, viser den alltid 0, uavhengig av om du faktisk har en faktura eller ikke.
I fjor høst, etter å ikke ha mottatt noen faktura verken i posten eller på e-post, og ikke kunne se noen ubetalte fakturaer på nettsiden, mottok jeg en forespørsel fra et inkassoselskap. Jeg sendte den til Flyt kundeservice (som jeg har prøvd å kommunisere med helt siden jeg mottok en tilfeldig faktura i vår fra en annen forbipasserende som Flyt burde ha dekket). Jeg har aldri mottatt svar, til tross for at jeg har sendt ikke færre enn fem e-postadresser.

Jeg har flere ganger prøvd «kontakt oss»-skjemaet det siste året. Når du har fylt ut alt, får du en feilside, uavhengig av hvilken nettleser du bruker. Kundeservice svarer aldri, så jeg prøvde faktura-e-posten deres i morges. Jeg fikk følgende svar: Vi gjenkjenner ikke emnet i din e-post.

Alle nye henvendelser må sendes via kontaktskjemaet deres (ja, den som ikke fungerer med skjemafeilen).

Denne e-posten vil ikke bli behandlet. Jeg forventer fullt ut å motta et nytt krav fra et inkassobyrå når som helst nå for en faktura jeg ikke mottar og derfor ikke kan betale.

This has to be the worst company in Norway.
Flyt is supposed to 'handle' your toll road payments in Norway, except they don't, or they can't. I'm not sure if it's because they are completely incompetent, or just that they don't give a s**t.
My car has had a Flyt tag for a year and a half. I'm a speedy bill payer (I hate owing money to anyone).

With Flyt, they don't bill you regularly and there's no telling if you will receive a bill. On occasion, a passings invoice has been sent to me via email, once by post. Usually, not at all.

So to try and find out if you owe money, you log into your web account. From the interface, it's impossible to tell whether you have a bill outstanding. If you click on Unpaid Invoices, it always shows 0, regardless of whether you actually have an invoice or not.
Last Autumn, after not receiving an invoice either by post or email, and not being able to see any unpaid invoices on the website, I received a demand from a debt collection company. I sent it to Flyt customer services (who I've been trying to communicate with ever since I received a random invoice in the spring from another passing Flyt ought to have covered). I have never received a reply, despite sending no fewer than 5 emails.
Several times, I've tried the 'contact us' form over the last year. Once you have filled it all in, you get an error page, regardless of the browser you use. Customer services never reply, so I tried their invoice email this morning. I got the following reply: Vi gjenkjenner ikke emnefeltet i din epost.
Alle nye henvendelser må sendes via kontaktskjemaet deres (yes, the one that doesn't work with the form error)
Denne e-posten vil ikke bli behandlet.
I fully expect to receive another demand from a debt collection agency any day now for an invoice I don't receive and therefore can't pay.

What a poorly run organization

What a poorly run organization. They do not process payments automatically, send unclear invoices, and communicate in English at the start but then switch entirely to Norwegian. The website also only works in Norwegian. The company is unreachable and inaccessible, and they do not respond to emails either. I would strongly advise against using this company. The toll badge is also completely unnecessary and costs you 5 kroner per month, even if you do not use it at all.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. They refuse to answer mail and want you to use a portal. So you will have no proof of want you have sent and attached. Also they are expensive for people not living in Norway. You will get charged custom handling fee and added value tax.

Nerver join Flyt!

Nerver join Flyt!
As a danish person, I can not pay the invoices they send, as they are ALWAYS below the minimum amount any of my banks will pay abroad... No help from them, just a INKASSOVARSEL if you don't pay instantly - which is also close to impossible, as you seldom get more that a few days to figure out a way to ask someone else (from Norway) to pay you bills...
Worst Norwegian turist scam ever...

Please don’t use Flyt as I have faced…

Please don’t use Flyt as I have faced lot of problem with their invoices sent in Norwegian language, had to pay 35 kr late fees for 10 kr for not terminating the contract, you have to remove the vehicle from contract and then fill in form to terminate the contract with them. The use of the self service help is useless as it is not translated in English. You are better off without them.

Do not use Flyt

Do not use Flyt - Stay away. They are terrible. Invoices has not been sent and then they do nothing to contact me. I have looked in my spam folder and everywhere, the only thing I find is a newsletter. Yet, an invoice has been created and then sent to debt collector which is how I found out. Do not use flyt.no - they will be nothing but trouble and expensive for you.

Just awful

Just awful. They sent me an annual invoice which worked out about £45 to save 20% and they kept trying to send me a monthly fee too. I am only in Norway for 3 weeks! My friends were not hounded for this when they used Flyt. To pay this to save 20% when the average toll is around £1.50 is not worth it, so they have sent my invoice to the debt collectors! Ruining my holiday in this beautiful country. They never answer any questions you email about either- just say that the invoice needs to be paid.

Like ubrukelig som alle bompenge…

Like ubrukelig som alle bompenge selskap, koffor skal alle gjør det så vansklig som mulig for kundene sine, og koffor klare Ikkje eit pompenge selskap og hente inn offentlig informasjon om frk, hvem som eiger bilen, veit det står at en selv er ansvarlig for å avslutte avtalen etter evt salg av bil, men burde Ikkje dei klare og ha eit system som klare å plukke opp at det e flere avtaler på bilen, elle lika å dei å faktura dobbelt opp? Totalt ubrukelig, skulle vært eit selskap Ikkje mange forskjellige, e heilt hodelust kossen dei for å styre på.
