Very happy with the new foam inserts for my couch. While it took a few days to get used to the new inserts because my old ones were so bad, the couch is now super comfy again, way more supportive, and doesn’t sink in like it used to. Much easier to get up from as you no longer feel like you are sitting on the floor. It honestly feels like I got a whole new couch for way less money. If your cushions are flat or your couch has become uncomfortable, do it, you won’t regret it!!

The foam in my beautiful lanai sofa had totally disintegrated. I thought replacing it was going to be a major hassle and require my decorator to help. There product recommendations tool led us to the EverFlex V44 product with Dacron wrap. The foam measurements worked perfect and the cushions now have the firmness we expected. Replaced the saggy old cushions in our 2003 American Leather sofa and loveseat. I think we paid $7000 for the pair back then. The leather is still perfect, but the cushions were flattened and the down filled wrap had torn and was leaking feathers everywhere. we went couch shopping and found that to buy couches of similar quality, it would cost us almost $20k. Yikes! Decided to give cushion replacement a try, but couldn't find a local upholstery shop that wanted the job. Jumped on Google and found foamorder.com. The cushions were pretty pricey for foam and feathers (About $1000 for 5 large cushions). Super easy to order, turnaround in 3 weeks or so. After vacuuming feathers for hours, we got the couches reassembled and they look and feel like new again! We saved $12k with a little bit of effort on our part, We couldn't be more satisfied! For a custom-made product, this was very very easy to specify size and foam type, and the lead time was extremely reasonable. I would have expected to pay 2 or 3 times what I paid for the product I received. VERY satisfied with the quality and turnaround time!

I liked the way i could see the shape I needed for my chair. But i was doing this on a weekend and could not talk with someone to get my order done. But I worked thru it and it turned out to fit nicely. The edges could have been rounded instead of squared off. I managed to trim off enough with the scissors. About a 1/2 inch. I squashed it into the original cover and it fit well.

Product exceeded expectations with amazing cushion support that brought new life to the family sofa.

The fabric on my sofa appeared to be stretched and wrinkled.The form core had compressed giving it a bad appearance and poor support and was only 3 years old! I decided to try replacing the form core in the cushions. The support in the new foam was terrific and the cushion looks great. Much cheaper than a new sofa. I am very happy with the value of the cushions.
