I had a really good experience with this company until this month. I went on to produce videos only to find that they have sold their company and this would be the last month of their service. That would have been fine, except I could not produce a video. For three days I have received an error message an unable to produce videos. I still have almost 4000 credits that I cannot use, and for three days I have reached out to customer service with no response. If they are not going to have the service available, they should provide a refund. This is no way to exit the market and treat local customers.

such a worthless site. waste of money on credit. after giving prompt, it sucks all your credits and later shows image generation model is not working just try later and all your credit gone. mail in the support and no reply, no support just a scam. Don't buy any credits, it won't work.

This is by far the most SCAMMING useless app. Not to mention that the output does NOT match what they advertise. Customer support NEVER ANSWERS! NOT even after 3 weeks of constantly writing to them! and even after canceling my subscription they keep on trying to charge my card! STUPID SCAM!

I bought a subscription and my experience has been incredibly frustrating.

While trying to create my first video, half of my monthly credits vanished during the audio and image generation phase. When I went to actually generate the final video, the system threw an error and explicitly told me to contact support. I tried reaching out to them multiple times over 5 consecutive days, but I received absolutely no response.

Later, I tried creating another video and it actually worked by sheer luck. However, on the very next attempt, I ran into the exact same error. Once again, I contacted customer support, and once again, they completely ignored me.

To make matters worse, my subscription package is supposed to include 50 daily credits, but I have received nothing since the day I joined. There is literally no one around to handle customer complaints or fix these issues.

Between the broken image/video generation pipeline and a support team that is completely non-existent, this has been one of the worst services I've ever used. I would highly recommend staying away from this platform unless you want to waste your money.

i have been a member on focalml for like almost 2 years ago, everything was working fine, but in the last 6 months, there were many issues in the site and the worst is the support team, they are never there, they never answer, one of the worst support service ever, thats why i quiet my membership.

Focal is currently a terrible experience for image generation. Gemini 3 Pro, Gemini 3.1 Flash, Seedream 4.5, GPTImage15, GPTImage15Low, and FluxKlein9B are all returning the same deprecation error on every request. Even worse, the platform recommends migrating to xiaomi/mimo-v2.5, but that model is not available in the settings.

This is not a small bug. This is a complete failure of the image generation pipeline. For a paid, credit-based platform, it feels amateur, careless, and badly managed. Users are spending money, building projects, and depending on these models, yet Focal cannot even keep its listed models working or provide the recommended replacement.

Right now, it looks like the platform is running without proper technical ownership or a serious team maintaining it. Focal needs to fix this immediately, restore working image models, or stop advertising broken options.

I have been using Focalml for over a year now and at first the support was great then it became rude and then does not even answer for using credits and giving bad results because of error on the generation part. The billing does not cancel, refund even a portion of bad generation so you lose your money for bad generations. Then if intended to cancel because you cannot use all the point they play a game where they do not respond like they never saw your inquiry. Customer support has gotten very bad. This company has made a lot of money off of our accounts and yet cannot refund when I request because they do not want to? This is not good business and the fact that this happened one too many times has me leaving them a poor review. The system itself aside from the bad customer support is fine and improving so much since when I first started. I am happy with my videos I create but it take a lot of imagination to create them meaning you need to always think of a story and I product videos everyday for my audience. Because I am a heavy user I would expect excellent customer support but do not receive this.
