Great Experience
Overall, a good experience with Focused. The team was responsive and helpful, payments were on time, and the process was easy to navigate. Any questions I had were answered clearly, which made contracting much less stressful. I’d be comfortable recommending them to others.

No excuses this time
There is a previous review of mine on with 1 star, but Focused responded blaming me. This time, they will struggle to do that.
They have just emailed me my P45, aging me over 11 years younger. It's a pity photos are not allowed as I would have posted the error.
A legal document as well - SHOCKING.

Matt is great!
My main POC is Matt, and since day one it overwhelmingly felt like he genuinely cares about his customers. Every single question I have randomly put to him is answered within hours - sometines faster. I made a good choice with Focussed, but they made an equally good choice with Matt.

Best umbrella company
I was new to working under an umbrella company and felt like a deer in the headlights! Focused was the only umbrella company (out of all the ones I contacted) that took time to answer all my questions and at the same time did not make me feel pressured to go with them. They were also super patient when I asked them to 'dumb down' the answers to my questions so I could fully understand everything including costs, fees, take home pay etc before I made a decision. Once I signed up with them it was always a positive experience. If I ever had questions someone was always available and I received excellent service every time. I would highly recommend them and if I ever go through an umbrella company again I will definitely go back to them.

Highly recommend
I joined as an umbrella employee for a couple of months due to having a short term freelance contract. From the moment I joined Focused they were very efficient, from the initial registration to payments and payslips, and queries being replied to within a few hours.
