Been over 15 days waiting for my trainers tracked my order still just saying order placed . Doesn’t even say they’ve attempted to get it out for delivery .

The worst place I have ever shopped at
The worst place I have ever shopped at, I ordered 3 different items on 3 different occasions and none of them ever arrived. They didn’t even bother to send them, items never dispatched. I was waiting for over a month on to just get a refund on the first the 2nd and 3rd time. I wouldn’t advise anyone to shop from focus man

ordered jacket on the 22/12 23 still not delivered on the 10th jan 24 phone them 4 times only got answer phone message saying they would ring back but they did not ,sent 4 emails 1 reply saying it would be here but has not no tracking number provided got refund from love the sales customer service is zero i would not use this company again

Amazing customer service. Ordered through another website but when doing so the item was out of stock, focusman went above and beyond to then exchange the item for one in stock and still deliver on time for when I needed! 5* all round couldn't ask for better service!
