Fofopo Avis 12

I purchased a watch, in Sept 2025, the watch was defective upon arrival (watch band broken) Fofopo sent a new watch band. I tried for 2 weeks to get the watch to check my ESC for heart rate. I contacted Fofopo and did everything they suggested and even googled the watch but was unsuccessful in getting results. Fofopo told me to return for a full refund, which I did and supplied them with Tracking info. long story short...the watch was accepted in China on Oct 2 2025. Fofopo has been rude and lied and said a tariff was needed, but never told me the amount. USPS said that was not true. Tariffs are NOT applied for returns. I had to file a complaint with PayPal. It is now 12/13/2025 and I have still not recieved my refund. PayPal said they were being difficult. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....Liars and Cheats !!!

I ordered two dog mats and then realized they wouldn’t work for what I needed. The company would not let me return them. They kept telling me that I could make them work.

I purchased the FOFOPO smartwatch. The only thing smart about it is that their reviews make you, as an individual, make dumb choices. Please do not purchase this watch or any product from them. You can't get a refund if you have opened the package, but you won't know how or if it works correctly if you don't. I don't know who is writing the reviews for this "smartwatch", but they can't be real. It is JUNK! DON'T PURCHASE.

I ordered three glass humming bird feeders, the package came a month late, and they were nothing like it advertised as, they were cheap plastic you might find in a dollar store, don't order anything from this company.

I ordered bird feeders on April 21,2025 and it is May 15 still waiting on product. Contacted fofopo and they offered me a $5.00 refund on something I paid $32.97. Been siting supposedly in customs since May 1. Do not purchase from this company. No product… no help. Wow here take $5.00 be happy. Sheesh!!!

Their communication is bad... They will not give back your money and offer you table for watch... They claim they didn't get the watch back, post office tracking and pictures claim they have it...

I recently purchased the Blood sugar Watch from FOFOPO ,and I was truly impressed by their customer service. The watch itself is great--sleek design, comfortable to wear, and tracks my steps and heart rate accurately. Watch really stood out to me was the amazing customer support. I had a minor issue with syncing the watch to my phone, but their team was super responsive and helped me resolve it quickly. The after-sales service was excellent, and the replacement was handled without a hitch. The shipping was fast too! I received my watch within a few days. Overall , a fantastic experience!

The product I purchased was advertised as a 'smart watch that could read blood glucose levels with "extreme accuracy". When I received it, it could not do the 1 thing I needed it to do which was give blood glucose level readings. I have since seen several of these reviews saying the same exact thing. I spoke to Fofopo several times myself, they know this watch can not do what they are saying it will do but they won't pick it up or make any advertising changes. I said that I didn't care if they didn't want to pick it up but I felt my cost should be refunded for their false advertising. They then called me a robber for trying to keep something they didn't want to pick up. If I could have used it I certainly wouldn't have asked to have it picked up. They will not pick it up so the bottom line is we have to get the word out there every where we can on the bad practices of Fofopo so more do not fall prey to this company that is advertising they have a much needed product but actually don't. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH FOR BLOOD GLUCOSE READINGS & CONTINUE TO PAY FOFOPO FOR THEIR DECEITFUL PRACTICES. Sorry Fofopo adding the accuracy statement to my note still does not make it acurate. Trying to keep your claim of "glucose readings & accuracy" to lure more people in just shows how greedy & deceitful Fofopo really is. We must get the word of their lies out their faster. How would you possibly know what your daily reading is when you get an A1C type of a reading? Why don't we take it this to you tube so everyone can see the truth for them selves. In the meantime before I can get that on you tube email me. I will be glad to show the flat out lie & deceit this company is intentionally putting out there. Sorry Fofopo enough theft & lies. You need to practice honesty & work harder to get that watch to the point that you say it already is. To bad you've messed up a really good idea. If you ever do get to that point of making it work, who's going to want to buy it from those that have already shown their deceitfulness?

The product i purchased was advertised as a smart watch that could also read blood glucose levels. When I received it, it could not do the 1 thing I needed it to do which was read blood glucose levels without an additional product put into the patients arm. The hope was to stop the discomfort of poking my loved ones finger constantly.
Then, that argue with we on 2 different emails stating I wasnt using the product properly. When they finally give me an address to return the item. The address is 7 or 8 lines deep. It is probably bogus. Dont get taken by this company.

I purchased the glucose monitoring smartwatch from FOPOPO in August 2024. The glucose monitoring feature is a complete SCAM.

No matter the time of day, the watch always gave a normal “fasting” blood sugar reading (4.9-5.2). The watch didn’t change its reading even after a large meal. Obviously this is not possible.

I sent their customer support people a number of complaints. I even included charted documentation of the actual changes in my blood sugar. They stone-walled me. They started by telling me that their glucose readings were only “representations” and should not be relied on. They then told me that the readings were “within normal limits”.

This watch is scam. This company is complicit in the scam. Do not use either.

FOFOPO is out of the USA but never disclosed that. All of a sudden I had an International payment on my credit card. After looking further, this company has terrible reviews also. I sent a cancellation 8 hours after the order. They were hesitant to return my money saying that warehouses are in the USA also...but my credit card was hit in China (?) They wanted to charge me a fee to cancel my order. Then the crazy, horrible emails came talking about my family and disrespectful horrible things. Stay away from this company, don't let their prices fool you. They are so disrespectful just because I wanted my full money back. The product was not even shipped out (It was a Sunday early morning (1:30am when the order was placed. I called my Credit Card company and put thru a dispute to make sure I get every penny back from this disreputable company
