I was in the market for a tankless water heater for my RV. I had questions about the fitment that I posed to their support. They failed to meet their 1 to 2 business day response time. When they did respond they had made no effort to answer my questions, just referred me to their website. I had already researched the product on the site and the fitment was not addressed to my satisfaction. About a week after sending the original request, I received another reply from their fitment support again not addressing my questions. I bought a Furrion as their support answered questions I posed.

The product works great and a wonderful addition to my RV. At this time could not be more pleased

The water heater works great! It seemed there was little guidance on how to get it wired right, but very pleased overall.

I replaced my Atwood 6 gallon in my Jayco Jayflight. This unit is a huge improvement! I could not be happier. Easy to install (well, there is the mysterious blue wire leftover from the Jayco, lol). I did have to reverse the water inlets from the Jayco; I just grabbed some pex and sharkbites. I was able to keep the bypass this way. So far, best improvement in the RV yet!! Shipping was quick, and changing out the door was super easy! I would highly reccomend!

Possibly the WORST customer service I have ever felt with. Leaked everywhere, made multiple calls eventually got a warranty exchange, going on week 2 with no hot water, and no response from the company. Called twice today and still nothing. The call center is overseas and they have no idea what is going on. Such a joke and total waste!

Water heater works great! Great customer service! Had an issue and it was resolved quickly. There are a couple extra parts needed, but not included or offered during purchase. This delayed the installation of the heater. Installation instructions were pretty vague, but with some common sense it was pretty easy.

Product was damaged. Getting the run around on refund

FedEx badly damaged the box during shipment. The water heater was not damaged, however you gave us the option to send it back at not expense and sent a new one to replace it. Have kept in contact with us during the process, I can think of numerous companies that could take a lesson from the service you have provided. Thanks!

Love our new water heater! It works great and was fairly simple to install. If you have any mechanical know how, you’ll do just fine.

My RV's water heater decided to up and spring a leak one day last week. With a trip to Glacier NP coming up soon, I needed to get a new heater as soon as possible. Thank goodness my wife and I are fairly skilled and can do the bulk of our RV maintenance ourselves. (Good luck getting into a service center and getting a new water heater installed inside of two weeks!)

My wife looked at me and asks, "Why not just get a tankless?" Why not indeed! After all , they're actually significantly cheaper than a direct 6 gallon Atwood replacement! Since I needed something FAST, I had to cram a ton of Internet research and YouTube video review watching into a short period of time!

We settled on the Fogatti InstaShower 8 Pro. Shipping was quick. They had it to my doorstep in five days. I felt installation was pretty simple. Just had a little PEX work to do. I was able to use my existing wiring.

As others have said, I can't believe I haven't done this sooner! So glad my old 6 gallon heater died! This thing is phenomenal!

The quality of the unit is excellent! The Attwood replacement door assembly is a perfect fit on my Motorhome. Having the water and propane connections straight and square on the back side of the unit allowed me to easily reconfigure my hot, cold and propane connections in the additional space available behind the unit. Functionally, the unit works perfectly! We wish we had made the switch the last time we replaced our leaky Attwood unit!

They are very responsive to any problems that come up. There newest tankless water heaters are better than ever. The layout of the store and the shopping experance is a little confusing sometimes. But all things considered there products are very good.

It didn't take my plumber who is not use to working on RV's very long to install. I've had plenty of hot water 💧 for all my needs. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

I ordered the wrong thing and I was able to just send an email and they sent me everything I needed. Great job.

I bought this water heater and installation was a breeze. Could not get it to start but emailed the company and they told me what to do and it went to work. So far I am very satisfied with my purchase. Just used it a little bit but I believe we are going to be very satisfied.

1) The tankless water heater NEVER worked from day one. But we understand things happen, so we call (you can't talk to a person, you have to leave a message). It takes at least 2 days for them to respond. We do what they suggest and call again. Another 2-3 days before we get a response asking to do try something else. (still doesn't work) Purchased on 5/21/23. Have never been able to speak to an actual person, but they did ask if they could text. So even with that, they still don't respond faster than 2-3 days. It's a few days from August and we still have a defective tankless water heater and no help. If I could give negative stars I would!!!
