Hi Lorie, we shipped your order the following business day and have contacted USPS regarding the shipping time. Unfortunately, it was a record-breaking year for sending packages during the holidays and it is taking longer than expected. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we look forward to your review after trying the product. Please check your email for more information.
ALWAYS excellent customer service
ALWAYS excellent customer service. Quick to respond on messages. The balm is amazing, and the lavender smells heavenly. I like how the tincture is unflavored. It has a great taste and can be mixed with coffee or other beverages.

We Have used the CBD Freeze Product …
Have used the CBD Freeze Product before and it helps with the pain relief. My husband and I use it and this is the first order through the website. The website was easy to use and we got 40% off.
I called to double check my order and the customer service is top notch. It was a great experience. Highly recommend this website and this product.
