I ordered and paid for 4 bottles of Folix22. Six weeks later I received an email that my package had been delivered. I contacted Folix by email to report the missing delivery. It took them an other two weeks to research the delivery and get back to me. They said that UPS and DSL both stated that the package had been delivered on time.
I told them I did not have the product and told them to request a photo of the place they delivered it to because it was not to me. I was told that they were satisfied that the package was delivered and that there was nothing else that they could.
My son checked the video that coves my 100 yard driveway and there was not a single UPS truck or DSL truck up or down my driveway for three days prior to, the day of, or for five days after the dated memo stating that the delivery had been made.
I'm out the money and product.

I received my order in timely manner..have been using now for about 1month..I have noticed a difference in filling in but too soon to say..I'm on my second bottle now..will review again soon. Thank you folix22..I'm waiting...

There were no instructions as to how this product should be used. Also does not include what is included inj. The liquid.
So I found my info online and it appears that it is mostly for men with lost hair problems, I have had no success with this product so want to return for refund.

It's past more than 6 months that I didn't receive any package! They don't answer! They only answer on my reply on their commercials with fake promises of refunding! Nothing ever arrived! I was wondering if they ever ever make any refound to anyone of us?

Following my review on Mar 29 2024. Folix 22 replied by promising a refund.i truly thought that they will refund my unused bottle (bought 3). They even sent me an email that my file is under review. I just received an email today from them refusing my refund. False advertising is a crime. Im gonna take the necessary measures to go after their 180 day money back guarantee. Scam company

This is a scam company. I purchased 3 bottles for my son in Dec with zero results. I wanted to refund the last unused bottle they refused. I had to emailed them for weeks until they reply. For any other question, they reply fast! Go figue! The money back guarantee for 18odays that they claim is a scam.

I have been trying to return my order since February 9, 2024 and it is now March 17, 2024 with no luck.
They say they are moving and I cannot return at this time because they don't have a new address???? But they did offer me a 50% refund and I would get to keep the product. Why would I want only a 50% refund when I paid over $300. for the product. I just want to return this product and get my money back. I have done some research and this product is not for me. I have female pattern baldness and this just won't help.

BAD COMPANY! Yes I purchased Folix22 but I tried to cancel the order within a hour after purchase but the company told me it was basically too late to cancel. Then they told me to wait until my order arrived and then they would send me a return label. I waited for arrival then requested a label and they told me to refuse the package when the product arrives. Then they told me they didn’t provide labels. Now they just don’t respond in customer help emails from me and there isn’t a phone number that you can contact. Their return policy is bull. Typical Made in China Co.

Make sure to see the full order before payment
The website indicated I was purchasing one set of product and I chose some shampoo etc, Then I was billed for a double order of folix 22, So they do not show you the complete order first before billing. It took forever to even get the parcel packed, shipped or a tracking number sent. I eventually got something that looks like a tracking system but I have no idea if I am being scammed yet or not. Will have to wait I guess. As soon as i do get the parcel I will gladly post another review.

I made the first contact 10 mins after paying for this item requesting it to be cancelled and refunded. No reply same with a further 4 emails. Then told too late to cancel as will now be in process of being sent???Dishonesty very much the theme and then told once I receive it to send it back so I pay again.i will never purchase from this place ever again bad taste bad publicity

I ordered this in December! Was never received. Have emailed the company continuously and have not received any response with regard to refund. Do not order from this company!!!!
