I’ve purchased from Fontoplumo
Several times and I always had a good experience. Items arrive in a good condition and shipping is fast.

Horrible customer service. Was charged double shipping for an item, then was also required to pay an additional $40 to ups when the item was delivered 5 months later. Package was in rough condition.

Tried to order from them. SIte said on pen "available to order" in green. To find out after the order, from a very unfriendly support person that it would take 1 - 2 weeks because thats what "Available" in green means. With no email from the store on this until I asked.

At least they cancelled the order and refunded (or so they say, will see if / when money comes back).

Dure pen besteld, zou volgens de website op voorraad zijn. Toen een verzendbevestiging uitbleef heb ik een mail gestuurd. Het artikel was niet op voorraad en moest besteld worden. Er werd geen tijdsindicatie voor levering genoemd.
Ik heb de bestelling geannuleerd en gevraagd om het door mij betaalde bedrag terug te storten.
Men zegt dat mijn betaling is teruggestort.
Doorgaans is dat meteen op mijn bankapp te zien, zelfs buitenlandse betalingen worden direct verwerkt.
Maar nee hoor, er is tot op heden niets teruggestort.

I was concerned after reading some reviews, but a review from a trusted fountain pen blogger had me reassured (with photos of the owner and actual shop). My experience was lovely. I got confirmation of my order within 24 hours and shipping was fast and tracked. I’ve been looking for this pen case for a while, and found it here at a really decent price.

I am very disappointed. I ordered the pen in early May. It was supposed to be a gift. The fontoplumo website stated that the pen would be delivered at the end of May. Indeed, I received a shipping confirmation at the end of May (May 28) and a delivery date of early June. However, the pen did not arrive on time. I wrote several emails to the store. It must be said that the store itself is very responsive and responds quickly to emails. Nevertheless, fontoplumo has not explained to this day what happened to the package and has deceived me several times with information that the matter is being clarified. Today I submitted a request for a refund. The dream gift has failed, and I hope that the refund will go more smoothly than the shipping.

Na een zoektocht op internet kwam ik bij Fontoplumo terecht. Hier vind je een bijzondere collectie aan schrijfwaren en accesoires.
Ik heb verschillende keren contact opgenomen en werd telkens heel correct behandeld.
De levering geschiedde op een voor mij geschikte datum.
Een zaak om zeker naar terug te gaan; hier koop je graag!

I ordered a Lamy Studio fountain pen online - but something went wrong with the payment. On the website there is a chat function which I wrote in. Got an answer right away followed by two different options to solve the problem. Chose one - everything worked - got a response back confirming my order.
Received my pen today. The pictures on the website did not lie, and I'm one happy writer. It came wrapped and packed very well - and I even received a little handwritten note!
This was my first order from Fontoplumo but definitely not my last.

I ordered a pen on 2 December from them for delivery to Ireland. They use rubbish delivery services - local post office company for a fairly expensive pen.

As of 11 Jan nothing has arrived. When I contacted them they were fairly unhelpful and seem to accept it can be this slow. In 2023?

I haven't been to the store but I bought a TWSBI fountain pen and a bottle of ink online, and it was delivered within two days in perfect condition. I will buy again!

Bestelling zou vandaag komen, PostNL geeft aan dat de bestelling vandaag bezorgd wordt. Vervolgens ontvang ik niet en ga ik navraag doen bij de klantenservice. Die zegt doodleuk “We hebben wat aanpassingen gedaan aan de winkel gisteren en verzuimd de post op te sturen.” en dat het dus een dag later komt. Geen excuus, niks. Gewoon; we hadden gisteren ff iets anders te doen, dus. Wat een arrogantie… pff. Ballentent. Nooit iets kopen. Medewerker weigerde aan het eind naam te geven. Typisch voor webwinkelservice waar je veilig anoniem bent en fatsoen dus steeds verder te zoeken is. In de winkel zou dit waarschijnlijk heel anders gaan.
