Foot Factor - orthotic insoles Avis 

Excellent - incredibly comfortable and have already made a difference to my knee issues. Hugo was very helpful and explained everything extremely well.

It was fascinating to watch Hugo create my insoles, he's given me the perfect support and I'm already walking more confidently and comfortably again. Many thanks for the superb service - Hugo is a real expert, just like his father!

Really amazing work! I went in for a slight knee pain I was having due to my pronated ankles. There was a lot of care and attention to my specific issues and quality explinations of what they were seeing with my current footware and gait. I had two sets of orthotics made and have been wearing them in a variety of shoes - my knee pain is gone!

I would highly recommend Foot Factor. Really thorough assessment followed by your insoles made then and there :) I had been wearing my previous insoles for the last 7 years (not Foot Factor) and, with my new ones, my planta already feels better after just a couple of weeks.

The quality of service was great. I strongly recommend Foot Factor for anybody who needs an orthopedic insole. I was very impressed by how quickly they made me an insole in about an hour.

I Had orthotic made here but was completely unaware I would receive them the same day . This is a bespoke service that is professional, friendly and great value. I have now been pain free for several months thanks to my orthotics and the team at foot factor.

Incredible difference in the stability of Foot Factmy feet compared to not using my Foot Factor orthotics. I found running up at down the hills on my 18km trail run on the Cotswold Way much easier as a consequence. They're worth their weight in gold. "Running feats require great feet". I can’t recommend Foot Factor enough. They are very experienced at what they do, very professional, and very easy to deal with.
I feel something is missing without my orthotics so they get transferred to my various shoes and boots. There is one pair of boots they don’t work well with but that pair was on the too snug side to start with. I am more than grateful for the difference the orthotics have made to some of the foot problems I was dealing with.

I had very good experience with Foot Factor who with their expertise provided an excellent service to produce individualised shoe insoles to support me when walking. The Podiotrist was really efficient, friendly and able to provide expert advise during the consultation.

I have used Foot Factor for a couple of insoles. Amy was exceptional, very professional, attentive with an eye to detail. I have noticed an improvement in an almost immediate way. Leg and back pains almost gone. Very Well done.

Highly recommend! Great service, I got a set of insoles last year, but didn't wear them much due to the pandemic. I start using them and realised they needed a bit of tweak, I had expected to pay for the changes, but Foot Factor were super helpful made the changes and helped with my ski boots too... would definitely recommend.

Norbert Cauvas, Matthew Collison, Kristin Hayward & Hugo, are all so welcoming and supportive. Having the Orthotics built from scratch and placed into Ski Boots, Trainers and Walking boots. They feel superb, comfortable and most of all, supportive to the point you don't know they are there.

Foot Factor Statement "It takes 90 minutes to complete a full Gaint Analysis, Biomechanical Assessment and create your bespoke orthotics. They are ready to wear when you leave". They certainly live up to their statement and are in constant communication with you through the whole process. Try them for yourselves. I was getting hip pain for quite some time and someone suggested Foot Factor could help me. I would never have thought that 90mins could make such a difference to my life! Matt and Norbert are real experts, they assessed me carefully and listened to understand what was causing the pain, the way they explained everything made sense and I appreciated their in-depth knowledge. Watching Hugo make the orthotics was fascinating, they were beautifully crafted and I enjoyed participating in the process. A great team, thanks!

Great service and I noticed the benefit almost immediately - super good to have the insoles to walk away with on the day - was recommended by my GP to try Foot Factor and glad I followed up. Very knowledgeable team - really positive experinece.

I went into Footfactor not really knowing what I will end up with - something I can use on my normal sneakers, running shoes or will the orthotics be for my cycling shoes!? In the end after speaking with the team they came up with a solution that can cover all of the above, so I am very pleased with the end results. They were very flexible and understanding to my needs, although they felt very strange initially I can’t live without them now, I am sure I will be returning for more when the current pair wear out!
