I actually didn't think I could be so blown away by a household cleaner. For All is amazing - it cleans fast and easy and needs such a minimal amount. The convenience of being able to use the one cleaning product in my entire home is such a stand out of the product. I have and will continue to recommend it to everyone I know. We are so impressed and even more so by the fact we are supporting a local business.

For All is a very high quality product that lasts for such a long time. I am a repeat customer and where possible, exclusively use their cleaning products. The washing machine liquid is particularly excellent—such a small amount of concentrate is needed to secure a very clean load of clothes. Even better is that it is an Australian brand!

At For all Cleaning 15/4/26

Shipping issues happen. Unavoidable for every business. Saying that you are a "small business" does not make you exempt from providing basic customer service. People support small business, even if it means paying more than using a big business, because we assume small business care about their customers.

Order #161175 was shipped on the 01/04 from VIC to QLD, expected arrival 07/04. It has been sitting at the WA depot since the 10/04. Called on the 14/04, spoke to someone who said they would get back to me on the same day after they speak to the courier and left my number.

Did not hear back that day, so I emailed For All and also CouriersPlease. CouriersPlease got back to me that evening at 5pm (for a description of the box and it's contents) and also at 10pm to inform me that the issue had been escalated because the parcel has not gone through the normal channels and routes.

15/4, still no email reponse from For All, so I called once again, told them what CouriersPlease had told me. They said it was policy to wait one week from the last shipping update, and that nothing would be done from their side until the 17/4. They also said that if I heard anything else from CouriersPlease to "let them know" - because clearly it was my job now to chase and resolve the issue.

Being a small business owner myself, and having dealt with other small businesses, the level of customer service is atrocious/non-existent.

So here are some ideas on how to approach an issue like mine in the future:
1. Offer to re-send the order: We all know how long it can take to locate a parcel, re-direct it etc. And that's if it's not lost. Email a "return postage label" so when the missing parcel eventually arrives (if it does arrive), I can mail that one back OR given the option to purchase the double order if I am happy with the product. You have my credit card details on file, so if I commit fraud and refuse to send back the order, you are in your rights to charge my credit card.

2. Offer a small discount on the next order for the inconvenience (which many companies do) and to be honest I would have used that discount straight away to place another order while I wait for the missing parcel to show up.

3. Ignoring the two above suggestions completely, but actually replying to emails or calling someone back when you said you would = bare minimum.

My first project was a large glass pool fence and For All made cleaning it SO simple and quick. Worked a treat on the kitchen windows too. The liquid smells amazing, and you don't need much of it to do a big job. Big fan.

oven cleaning was great, surface cleaning ,dishwasher and clothes washing were fantastic

I’ve tried a lot of products but this one is the easiest and most effective. Great window cleaner, great for dishwashing and soft on hands. The washing machine liquid works well. The dish granules work better than other non toxic products none as great as the chemical ones but that’s the trade off 99% effective vs toxic chemicals on your eating/drinking items. in general I use it for everything. So far very happy and minimal bottles!

I am totally loving For All Australia!! The cleaner is such a value and the best! I have now also ordered and used the dishwasher powder and could not be happier with it! Not to mention the cloths that you sell as well - they seem to be being sold by other companies now but yours work perfectly!

I first bought For All for our black matt fridge doors. You can't tell guests to keep their fingers off the door, and you can't expect your family to remember!!! Baby oil was better than soap+water, but still lots of work. Magic - "For All" gets rid of smudge marks EASILY using waffle cloth. I now use for everything.
I do like the fact that you can buy the concentrate.
I use the laundry detergent too.
I think it's all economical and I believe/hope environmentally friendly.
I dislike influencers, but I keep my eye on Kacie for when she drops a gem.

Absolutely love all of For All products. A little goes along way and they all smell divine. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed.

Love the laundry liquid especially only a capful! The clothes are so clean. Use For all for all the cleaning and it goes such a long way. Would recommend both products. Also the micro cloths and I love the way you support breast cancer those cloths are great to.

Well my daughter uses this and bragged about it !! She is an OCD person and minimalistic !
So I took the plunge to tackle my home.
I was just saying to my husband ( as he was cleaning the fridge!) how this product goes a long way and cleans everything. Love the cheat sheet to make ‘other cleaners’ from this product.

Cost effective - plus it works

Love, love this product. We have bamboo floors in our kitchen. They are a pain to get clean without streaks. For All does it! Windows? Clean! Stove top? Clean! Stainless steel? Clean! Toilet, shower, sink , tub? Clean! Tole floors? Clean! I got the bundle , I love the hand soap pump, no more nasties from the store. The waffle clothes are fantastic. I used one to clean the whole of the outside kitchen ( rinsing in diluted For All cleaner along the way) . I ordered a large bottle and spray bottle
to take to the USA for our house over there.
I ordered the dishwasher detergent last year, wow! I just ordered another to take to the USA for my dishwasher over there. No more toxic chemicals.
I did order the laundry detergent for our daughter to use for our granddaughter's clothes . Don't hesitate to try it . You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been using For All cleaning products for a while now and overall I’m really happy with them. They do exactly what you want a cleaner to do — they cut through grime easily, leave surfaces looking fresh, and don’t have that overpowering chemical smell that some other brands have.

What I like most is that a little goes a long way. Whether it’s the kitchen or bathroom, it feels reliable and consistent every time I use it. It’s one of those products you end up sticking with because you know it works

Overall though, if you’re after something that actually delivers on performance, For All is still a good choice — just wish it was a bit easier on the wallet.

all surfaces, floors, stains on clothing! dirty oven, even the dishwashing detergent is great, leaves the dishes sparkling with no yucky residue. Peppermint is my ride or die scent.

ForAll has replaced so many cleaning products in our home, it smells great, does exactly what it claims and is so easy to use. Lifetime customer here! Thankyou Kacie and Team for being awesome and doing all you can for us!
