Had a meeting with Sam regarding my life insurance. I found Sam extremely friendly, after listening to my needs she advised me on what products came available, with no pressure and non pushy which is very important. After going away to read on what was being offered I arranged another meeting to sign up

I found Sam to have a very calm manner but at the same time very professional throughout. I would 100% recommend forces mutual and Sam for any insurances need.

When I spoke with Cherie she was clear and understanding answering my question and explaining to me my options and benefits for each potential one
She also helped me find a better plan for my insurance and was clear on all the details

Sarah who dealt with my car insurance setup was very helpful over the phone. She has great people skills and it made the whole process very easy. Unlike most insurance calls, it was not like speaking to a robot and she managed to make the experience more interesting. Whilst waiting for the computer systems to load she provided good conversation. This exceptional level of service is perfect and it prevents customers from getting bored or frustrated. I wish her all the best.
