As a small local coin dealer, I often need to buy foreign coins to get the entire lot I wanted from a customer. Even in a city the size of Charlotte, there's no place to exchange them. I contacted F... Voir plus

I would give 4 3/4 stars
I would give 4 3/4 stars. I was skeptical through the entire process, but they did what they said they were going to do for the price they said they were going to do it. They took about 20% in fees, but no US bank would exchange my Iraqi dinar so I didn’t have many options. The only hiccup I had is that I signed up for payment by PayPal before I knew they charged a fee, so immediately emailed and asked to change for payment by Venmo. They promptly replied back to me that it would not be an issue, but when payment was made, it was by PayPal. In the grand scheme of things, it’s not a big deal, but either they forgot about my request or couldn’t fulfill it. Ultimately, I would use this company again.

Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent, I sent HKD and YEN, I got better rate than a bank would give. The day my currency arrived they sent payment. I never expected same day payment, but that is what happened. They paid what they said they would. I am extremely happy I found them online.

My sister handed me a 5lb bag of foreign coins after cleaning out our parent's home. My dad traveled extensively. Think 100+ countries. Thanks goodness for a service like Foreign Currency and Coin Exchange. I converted coins and currency from 20+ countries. It was a breeze. Thank you.
