Absolute garbage material

Absolute garbage material. They said it was 2 day shipping and it took 3 weeks. I tried to return and they told me it was not possible and i have to call my credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

A SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER

This company is not in the USA. They ship the items from China. Ordered a shirt and it came the wrong color, cheap garbage. I requested a return and they sent an email saying that I can keep the shirt and they would refund me 50%. I said hell no. Then they sent an email with a North Carolina address to return the shirt and said they are going to subtract 15% restocking fee. I sent an an email showing their return policy that clearly said NO RESTOCKING FEE. I returned the shirt last week. Then I got a text ALERT from my credit card company stating that this company tried to charge my card $39.99 but was denied. I am now waiting for my refund. - update They gave me my refund after i posted this,

Beware

Beware! Forestfieldfashion is a Hoax site! My credit card number was hacked instantly and they made various purchases. Thankfully, my bank fraud department caught it early.

FOREST FIELD A COMPLETE HOAX. I ordered a shirt through Pinterest link to this website. They charged me multiple fees that were not related and never shipped my item. After multiple contacts to enquire they have not responded. TOTAL FAKE SHOP!!!

What a rip off, literally!!!
We ordered what were described as Cashmere sweaters and received cheap junk. The website says no restocking fee and we were charged 15%. When I called "customer service" they were the RUDEST! I was told I was a terrible customer and a terrible reader. And to top it off right after this purchase there were fraudulent purchases on my cc. Stay away these are bad people.

What a SCAM

What a SCAM. Their website implies they are a small US based company. They have plenty of 'fake' reviews on their website. I ordered a pair of jeans for $26.0. I got an order confirmation for $44.00. They tacked on two extra charges without my permission. I was able to track my package a few days later and saw it 'shipped from CHINA'?? What the heck? If I wanted cheap clothes from China I would order Shein. I thought I would wait to see how fast they arrived and if they were quality items. No such luck. My jeans have been sitting in Long Beach for over 10 days. I called to complain and they did refund the two extra charges but tried to fob me off with a $10.00 discount. Give me break. Do NOT order from these folks, they are nothing but crooks. I received my order 'finally'. These 'jeans' as they are described on the website are a piece of worthless polyester. Terrible, Shein would be embarrassed. No one answers the phone anymore. I have tried numerous times.

They stole my credit card number and…

They stole my credit card number and made several charges to my account. Got product after 3 week wait and it is complete crap.
Trying to charge me a 15% restocking fee when the website clearly states they don't charge restocking fees.
They need to be shut down!

Deceptive practices

This is a Chinese company with a customer service group in CA. I purchased a travel bag on sale from $47.95 marked down to $20.95. In the check out process they “offered” priority handling for $10. I did not click on it but there also was no opt out. Sure enough my charge card total was $30.95. Additionally, there was a separate $7.95 charge. This was some kind of automatic future charge, like a warranty which is not mentioned anywhere during the purchase process. I called customer service and was told the charges would be removed. We’ll see. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered mens size silk pajamas for Valentine's Day. My order arrived very late and was child sized. This company is a scam. I did get my money back but it was a waste of time and false advertising that they sent such a small size foe a grown man.

Heated Gloves

I ordered heated gloves. The picture on the order shows a pr of gloves, a usb cord, and 2 lithium batteries. I received the gloves. There was a packing slip with the manual. It said a pr of gloves, a usb cord, and 2 lithium batteries. Guess what was in the package? A pr. of gloves. I emailed the company. Have not heard back.

Disappointing disco outfit and fraudulent charge afterwards

I ordered a one sleeved jumpsuit for a performance and it looked nothing like the picture. I was also charged an extra 7.95 for shipping protection--not a big deal and I received my product in a timely fashion. However, about 5 days later, someone tried to charge $39.99 and my credit card company notified me of the fraudulent charge. My credit card was cancelled immediately and I did not know it was this company, but my colleague, who is singing with me, also ordered the same jumpsuit and had a fraudulent charge on her credit card. That's when we both decided to write reviews so that buyers can beware of this website.

Fraud Alert

A friend and I each ordered an item from the online store, and within weeks, both of our cards were compromised with fraudulent purchases made at the same retail company and several others. Thank goodness our banks caught the activity and froze the cards!

i ordered from forestfields

i ordered a top from forestfields. wrong item was sent. plus, they charged me for "shipping insurance" that i did not agree to. eventually they refunded after a big fight. the day they refunded the charges, there were 4 or 5 fraudulent charges on my CC. luckily, my CC company flagged them all & declined the charges. i reported all this to my CC company fraud dept.

Stay away!

Stay away! The item shipped was not like the photo, and cheaply made. By email, customer service offered a 25% refund or I could mail back the garment for a larger (undefined) refund at some future time. I didn't want the garment so I mailed it to the address given. It was returned back to me! I did receive a 25% refund, but then two other unknown businesses, also listed in Reno, charged me. The customer service reps were polite but listed different company names. I canceled my credit card to avoid future unknown charges.
