Dreadful experience!

Dreadful experience!
After sending photos, they agreed I could return a faulty dress (which still had all security tags in etc and not worn). The postage to return however had to be at my expense! All I wanted was to exchange for the same dress, but apparently in order to do this I had to pay for return postage and then Re buy the dress which was also going to cost me another £15.00 as the price had increased! Shocking I will be avoiding Forever New in future.

Terrible return experience

Terrible return experience. It is now 3 weeks since I returned a jacket because they sent me the wrong colour?! Appalling returns process I will never purchase online from this company again and looking to raise a chargeback with my bank now.

Terrible customer service


I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Forever New. I returned an item in-store and was told I would receive a response, but it has been over a week with no update. I have tried to follow up both in person and through other channels, but no one has responded. Worse, the staff at the shop are unresponsive and fail to treat customers with respect.

This is my second negative experience with this store, and it shows a clear lack of regard for their customers. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Forever New, as their service is consistently poor. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Do not buy from Forever New

Do not buy from Forever New. The online returns policy is not transparent at the time of purchase. I was under the impression from reading the returns policy I was able to return two pairs of pants which I bought in two different sizes. Forever New has a two click return policy on their site where it initially says you can return instore and through mail excluding swimwear but when you click further for the full returns policy it says you cannot return sales items for a refund. The customer service person was unhelpful, said I wasn't navigating to the returns correctly... I clicked on returns... Even their own staff said it was a bit hidden when I questioned it. The returns policy has to be transparent at the time of purchase.

I’ve never experienced such terrible…

I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service, especially from Mayuri! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and returning everything I purchased. I want to warn others about the poor service and the lack of resolution that should have been rightfully in my favour, had common sense been applied!

reviews are doing them injustice…

All these reviews are doing them injustice. I received my order within 3 days. The dresses were great design and material. I returned one of them because it was a little short for my style as a hijabi and got my refund after 4 days only. I will order from Forever New again.

DISAPPOINTED

Very disappointed in the dress I purchased online. Received today and there was a hole on the patterned seam of the dress. I thought that the garments ordered were checked before sending to customer. Quality checks on the garments need to be done before posting and it's not like the dresses are cheap. We paying a fortune for it. Just don't throw anything to me as I paid a lot for it!!!

They don't even deserve 1-star.

I ordered clothes as per their website.
I waited for more than 2 months for the clothes I ordered.

My package got lost 2x. No one called me or notified me. Their customers service said it was delivered in both cases.

They are scammers, getting money only from people.

Please be aware of this company who don't deliver as per their advertisement.

I ordered clothes from Shein but it was smooth. In just a week, I received my package.

I don't know how their inefficient Management operates to serve their customers.

Anyway, good luck people.
I don't recommend this company.

“Not So Forever New”

About 3 months ago I purchased a top from Forever New in Perth CBD. The instore team were lovely, no issues there. I kept the tags on and put aside for winter. I recently got it out and have worn it twice and found a hole near the seam. Very clearly a manufacturing defect. It happens, I understand that. My issue is with the disgusting customer service and warranty policy of the company on goods that don’t meet a reasonable standard of use. Yes it was 3 months after purchasing the top that the defect was noticed and therefore according to them not returnable. How about the fact that even if I had been wearing it the entire time, it still would not meet consumer guarantees law of reasonable timeframe.
I work for a major Australian chain myself and would never allow my customers to go away unhappy like this.
I will not be purchasing from “Not So Forever New” again.

I really like the quality of their…

I really like the quality of their clothes; they are well-made with good materials. That’s why they aren’t the cheapest. However, their downside is their organization and customer service. When you order items, you never receive confirmation that the items have been dispatched; you just need to guess when they will arrive or call them to ask. I’ve ordered a few times now and never received a dispatch confirmation. In terms of refunds, most of the time, you have to keep asking for your refund, even with items I sent back three weeks ago; I still haven’t received a refund. With customer service, it’s a 50/50 chance: sometimes you get a response, and sometimes you don’t. When I don’t get a reply, I usually call them to sort out any problems. They could really improve on these issues, and they would have much better reviews.

THE BEST QUALITY DRESS

I ordered the 'luxe linen' mini dress from ASOS UK. The dress is of the highest quality linen fabric and the dress fit me like a glove, i ordered the petite version.
I highly recommend this company for occasion-ware, i had never heard of them before but i was so pleasantly surprised at the quality. I would say I have since ordered a similar dress in a lilac colour but petite was not available and the same size and the fit was significantly bigger.

Awful quality and customer service lacking

Very disappointed with the quality of a scarf I bought the pilling is very unsightly and transfers to whatever you are wearing underneath. Mind you have only worn it twice.

The wrap cape is crafted from a soft woven blend, which provides its unique look and feel. However, this type of fabric can sometimes be prone to pilling, especially with regular wear.

I have not worn it regularly!
Return or exchange of this item won't be possible as it is beyond 14 days return policy period.

Your product is unsatisfactory and poor quality and you do not accept an exchange, refund or even a credit note! What an absolute joke,

I will not be buying from here again and will also let others know to avoid at all costs.

Review of Forever New Brand - Extremely Poor Customer Service Experience

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Forever New store located in DFO South Wharf. The encounter left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer.

Firstly, upon returning a product, I encountered the store manager who displayed appalling behavior. Not only did she refuse to process a refund for the item, but she did so in an incredibly rude and hostile manner. Her tone was condescending, and she almost shouted at me during our interaction.

To exacerbate the situation, instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the issue, she simply directed me to return the item online. This suggestion was not only unhelpful but also highly inconvenient, especially considering I had made the effort to physically visit the store.

This encounter has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I can confidently say that I will never patronize Forever New again. Furthermore, based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this brand to anyone else. The complete lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated by the store manager is unacceptable in any customer service environment.

Rewards are a scam

I spent hundreds in their store, earned a $50 voucher. I went to use it and they had removed it from my account before the end of the expiry date. I sent them a screenshot of the date/time. They blamed me, saying I should have used it the day before and said there is nothing they could do about it. What is the point in an expiry date if they say the date is the day before.
