Good prices, fine quality castings, excellent communication and service. I also appreciate the multiple photos of the products on the site so you can see an item from different sides.
My order was processed promptly and delivery to the U.S. took a little over two weeks, which is normal in my experience. There was one item code that was mixed-up in my order, but after inquiring about it via email, Gary quickly replied and dispatched the correct item that Monday which arrived a little over a couple of weeks later in good condition.
It is nice to find classic Grenadier U.K. miniatures still available, and some miniatures wholly new to me. I will definitely order again!

Great service as usual. The items were well packed and arrived in good time, along with a very nice free sample from another range. The miniatures are very nice , characterful models and very cleanly cast, requiring minimal clean up time.
