I wish I had checked the reviews first.

After testing the app's free version and asking some unanswered questions, I opted for the $48-per-month team subscription.

After upgrading, the app's UI has changed, and I now have access to additional functionalities. However, some functions that were previously available and necessary are missing.

No response from customer service yet.
An awful experience - I will check for a refund and explore alternative solutions for my needs.

UPDATE: It is worse than initially thought. They just released a new version of the product containing multiple bugs, and it was not proper for me to use it with my client in production.

NEW UPDATE: I was refunded after almost a month, and now I am offered two months of free usage. As we have already built a replacement solution, it is not needed, but at least I can improve their scoring and say they are not scammers.

Terrible customer service, development is all over the place, no accountability for anything, and they do nothing attack you for calling things or try to flip things on you for there problems.

The colors appear clear on the company's page. When you receive them, you see that some of them are not there at all.

Excellent alternative to other more established products that have become stale. Formaloo offers innovative features and support is fast and knowledgeable. The team have helped us iron out all small issues during the first 2 days and even implemented new features we requested within hours.

I’ve been using Formaloo to create interactive forms, but since the recent update to their version 3 dashboard, the app has become unusable. All of the forms I’ve created are now uneditable and unviewable—they've essentially turned into empty folders with the same names.
It's been over a month since I reported this issue to the support team, and unfortunately, it remains unresolved. The support team is slow to respond, often taking days, only to provide links to support articles that don’t address the issue. This frustrating cycle has repeated multiple times with no resolution in sight.
As it stands, the software is unreliable and unusable, and the support is equally inadequate. I cannot recommend Formaloo to others in its current state.

This company is extremely unprofessional. I have never seen customer service this bad on ANY app I have used This comapny does not understand that business runs on time and customer service after five days of messaging.

The app is good, and it offers a multifunctionality to create different apps - all in one place. But the support service is awful; you must wait weeks or days until they reply or help you. AND the workflow is a nightmare; it's all over the place, and the UI is poorly responsive and intuitive. However, it has potential and much room for improvement; it just needs better direction.

As an early adopter I was promised multiple workspaces when they were added. early adopters would be grandfathered into the new limits it was stated but after numerous requests for the new limits they still do not upgrade my account. Just another LYING saas team ?

My second review after almost 2 years of using Formaloo: Girl power team! Thank you ladies!

Very versatile tool for my quizzes, surveys, forms and future apps. I love the visual logic jumps feature a lot. Formaloo gives me freedom to build interactive experience for your customers. The team is awesome. I love these guys!

This guys give you COMPLETE FREEDOM:

CSS.
They are allowing you to style your quizzes with CSS. This feature most of the other about 10 similar tools just do not have. 😄

JAVASCRIPT.
Something more they even allow you to add your custom JavaScript code! All 10 other similar tools that I've used till do not have that. For example, with this you can add and Chat, Tracking Codes and ton of useful stiff. 😃

Applied for a job position with this company and was invited to an interview with the co-founder. over 1 week later and 3 HOURS before the interview, they cancelled the interview stating the position has been filled, WITHOUT EVEN OFFERING AN APOLOGY. Imagine researching the company and preparing for an interview only to be told "the job has already been filled" 3 HOURS BEFORE YOUR FIRST INTERVIEW.

This company clearly demonstrates a lack of respect for its stakeholders, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The most frustrating experience I have tried! The software is definitely impressive and has a lot of potential, but I would caution to only invest in it if this ISN'T a critical piece of your business operations.

My Experience:

1. I recently began using Formaloo with high expectations of its ability to create powerful and useful forms. I was excited by its vast array of features and options and thought I had stumbled across a great tool. However, my excitement was short-lived as I began creating my forms. Almost every form I created had an unforeseen bug or issue. I can't even publish or use my forms because it's unusable to anyone using it. I believe the product is potentially great, but the unreliability of the forms I created leads me to suggest that Formaloo is best avoided until its buggy issues can be resolved.

2. I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company's customer service, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Their support system is completely disorganized and they are completely unsympathetic to their customers who are trying to get their issues resolved. The response time is also laughable at best. It's clear to me that this company does not value its customers or their time, and I would not recommend you rely on them to solve your issues.

3. At 4 attempts out of 4, you've reached a familiar yet exasperating place - you've created 4 Formaloo using the platform and all 4 have considerable bugs. You wonder why you even bother. You've paid your dues, yet it feels like the platform isn't delivering on its promise. Then the questions start: What value am I getting? Am I getting any value at all? Are they really here to help me or are they just taking my money? You can't help but feel like you're being taken advantage of, yet it's hard to turn away from the potential that glowing promise of success.

4. I thought I had made a great investment; it had the potential to be the best of its kind. But when I went to reap the rewards, I found myself in the middle of a nightmare. The product was a disaster, and its support was even worse - I kept hitting roadblocks wherever I turned. No matter what I did or whom I asked for help, I couldn't move forward. It was maddening and disheartening, especially after putting all my hopes and energy into this investment. I felt like I was stuck in an endless cycle of frustration, disappointment, and dashed dreams.

5. Navigating the UI of the software felt like walking through a dark and mysterious labyrinth, the kind of place where you could easily get lost and never find your way out. With each dead-end, I felt more and more frustrated. On top of that, the bugs were making everything even more difficult – it was impossible to distinguish between a feature that wasn't working properly and one I simply didn't know how to use. With frustration slowly taking over hope, my only hope was to seek the help of customer support–a daunting task I wasn't looking forward to.

Formaloo has been great. I started using it back in March and they have pushed out a LOT of updates. It went from a good form tool with a lot of potential to a great form tool that still has a lot of potential. Like this is sooooo much more than "just" a form tool. It is a complete database tool. You can build dashboard, a CRM, an app, etc.

Love Formaloo! It is an amazing, advanced, and flexible form builder. The calculation and logic actions are top notch and the support is excellent. Also love the webhook feature. The GDPR compliance is great and the white-labeling is a nice touch. The SMTP & Domain support is also excellent. Overall, highly recommend Formaloo!
