I tried using this company to do my LLC. They raped my bank account and are still going in my bank and withdrawing large amounts of funds saying it’s to setup bank business relationship and building website and I have spoken to anyone but these MF have gone in bank account and depleted all the funds in my bank account. I’m requesting a full recovery of my bank funds and discontinuing this service because I feel they’ve taken advantage of having access to my banking information! Never do business with a company like this. Fraudulent transactions

The website information is very confusing, and when I try to get customer support from online or through phone, there is no-one actually is answering within 24hrs.

I used this company nearly 2 years ago. They took a long time to get my company registered which is the first issue I had. Secondly after the first year I made an attempt to contact them to reduce some of the services I had paid for and to get a refund on that since I was just charged for it. This was very difficult to even get in contact with a person to talk to. I had to correspond with someone through email for a week before they finally gave me a number to call and that was not easy either. They said they would refund me but never did. You will end up talking to peoe in India or Indians in California. They do not want to help and they make it difficult to do anything and avoid trying to do what you ask. Then they will call and harass you to purchase their services and offer you loans. And they are rude in their calls when you don't want it. I asked them to not call me anymore. That lasted about 2 months and they did it again. I do not recommend them as there has to be something better than this and quicker too. I waited a month or more and had to call as to why my business was in review for so long and then they finally got the ball rolling on it. I would avoid them for something else.

The staff was there to answer every answer and they file paper work in a time manner and overall nice and helpful.
