I ordered the most serious bra they offer for posture improvement. I train but still need some help to get my shoulders back. I have a small bust and it should not be rocket science. I reviewed FORMEs website and it said that one exchange is offered for free. I ordered based on that. The bra i received did NOTHING for me whatsoever. When I emailed customer service they informed me it would be $18 return fee plus shipping additional on any replacement. I was not happy and just decided to cut my losses and return for refund. The refund was more that $30 less than what I paid for the bra. And even worse, I gave them 14 days after the return was delivered (I had tracking) before I emailed and asked where my refund was. SURPRISE! next day it appeared. This company is not one I want to deal with and the product is merely average, certainly not worth the price of $188. Buyer beware.

These folks are impossible to deal with. I ordered two to try them both and returned one. They told me I could only get a gift card. I went back-and-forth about six times and they agreed to credit my credit card. But then they didn’t. I kind of forgot about it and then I went to use the gift card on cyber Monday and they told me no I can’t do that because they are running a promotion. I said a gift card is cash. It represents the cash that I paid for the first bra. I just can’t do it with them anymore. Not worth it.

I was nervous about trying something new after a few bad experiences, but this company has been awesome. The sign up was easy, the provider was thorough, and I have had steady results every week. No hidden fees or weird surprises. feels legit.

The shipping was super fast. I ordered early in the week and had my package in two days. It came in a temperature controlled box with ice packs, all labeled and clean. You can tell they actually care about presentation and quality.

I am down 9 lbs in 5 weeks. My appetite is finally under control and I don’t get those night cravings anymore. I like that they explain everything clearly, even the side effects, so you know what to expect. Definitely sticking with them for the long run.

The process overall was smooth, and the meds came with all the supplies I needed. It’s nice not having to jump through hoops like I did with my old clinic.

I joined about two months ago and honestly didn’t expect much, but it’s been great. I have lost 12 lbs so far and feel a lot more consistent with eating. The provider checked in after my first refill which I didn’t expect, and it made me feel like they actually care.

Easy process and love my product! Taking NAD on a regular basis has helped greatly with my energy level! Plus knowing it helps with healthy aging (who doesn’t want to slow down the aging process?!) and reducing inflammation is a tremendous plus as well.
